SNK Maponya Mall has extremely poor service. The team leader, named Jimmy (or something similar), is incredibly rude and shows no regard for proper customer service etiquette. I sent someone to the store to request a refund for a pair of sneakers we no longer needed, but when I called to follow up, the staff member was very unprofessional. Instead of checking the shoes, he immediately told us that no refund could be issued and even started yelling at his staff in front of customers! I’m not sure how your hiring process works, but clearly it needs improvement. On the other hand, Pukie was excellent, and the coloured lady who answered my call. You seriously need to provide proper training for Jimmy (or whatever his name is), as his behavior is a huge detriment to the business. I had to call head office before i could get my money back because the store is clearly pushing sales
I went instore at Eyethu Mall in Soweto, and was assisted by an amazing lady by the name of Eulender Mona! Her service was impeccable and very friendly, she made my experience very beautiful! Top notch service!
If I could choose a quarter of the star rating I would! I made an order on the 14th of December with having to possess takealotmore, which gives me exclusivity of having to get my delivery on the same day or next day, to my surprise it was postponed to the 16th which is today, I did endless follow ups to understand why it hasn’t been moved! What is the point of me having to pay a subscription that doesn’t serve me any purpose ?
I am extremely annoyed with the service that Payflex provides to their customers, I’ve been following up on a query that seems so complex for payflex to resolve! I logged an SR on email when I had issues with my refund on the 9th of September, for a steve madden order and requested for payflex to load the funds to my bank account manually since it was failing on my side. I had to call in a million times and I was advised of different SLA’s by the consultants! The browser shows that it would take atleast 2-3 days for funds to be allocated. Did the agent not tell me it will take 10 days, then someone else verifies 24 hours ? Why they all singing a different song as one entity ? Moving on, I called in on the 10th and the agent asked me to stay on the line then hang up on me! How cute! My refund is now hanging within payflex accounts without any help! A second refund was done to my name by takealot for a different order for an amount of 97.25 but guess how much payflex loads on my wallet ? A WHOLE R7.25, I called in again on the 12 and the agent advised that it was a return fee, a RETURN FEE when takealot issued the full refund back to my payflex account ? THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH!
I am absolutely shuttered by the service I’ve received from Bolt services today. Tomorrow is my son’s funeral and I had asked the bolt driver to go pick up flowers from my house to my destination, after the driver confirmed the pick up and it was a card payment. Upon arrival the driver canceled the trip, I called numerous times and emailed every email related to Bolt but no, absolutely no one is responding to me. I’ve lost all my patience and hope, the only thing I want is a decent funeral for my child! 😭😭😭 I reported on their app, and since they asked to call me but even now.
I recently went to a store in Johannesburg CBD to collect my labuy, the stuff was truly rude to me while I had to wait at the till over an hour for them to go get my package, the moment they came back with it, the package was not mine. To my surprise they all laughed about it and made jokes while I had to wait for more minutes. I even had to ask for refund because there was no sense of remorse from them, I was very much disappointed in the treatment I received there.
