we rented a car from Hertz Cape Town International airport in February 2026. the staff were great, we had a problem with the vehicle, they came out to where we were staying and rectified the problem. 100% happy, will always use Hertz
A huge thank you to Lloyd and Flight Centre Greenstone. We had a huge issue with a car rental, Europcar, we paid through flight centre for a rental at Heathrow. When we got there we had issues, (not Flight Centre), they did not have the SUV we asked for and informed us we needed a new contract - bull! but when you are tired after an 11 hour flight and you are over 60yrs, you go with it. Needless to say Flight Centre fought on our behalf and we received the refund which was due to us. THANK YOU! We will always do our overseas travel through Flight Centre, people who care when things go wrong.

We bought a HP Smart Tank printer, we were told by an HP agent that was there on the day to register the printer with HP to get the extended 3 year warranty. When I went online to register, the response, sorry we do not offer this in South Africa!!!!!! Really Makro!!!!!
I have written 4 e mails and phoned twice, all my e mails have been ignored. We paid for return tickets to Cape Town in July 2021, flights cancelled due to covid. Tried to use them for flights to Cape Town in January 2022 but no one gets back to me. I was told they have been refunded but cannot tell me to where the refund went. Totally frustrating!!!!!!!!
can someone please answer the phone at 0861585852! Our tickets to Cape Town were cancelled in July, we want to use them in November, I see we have a travel credit for a quarter of what we paid for our tickets. Need to speak to someone PLEASE!!!!!!
After phone calls and e mails to your cancellations department you are still sending me statements!!!!!!! I HAVE CANCELLED MY DISCOVERY CARD!!!!. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE E MAILS YOU RECEIVE TO CANCEL CREDIT CARDS!!!!!
