Unprofessional behaviour and worst in the business.
The most rude staff,those agents are not trained to talk to people in a respectful manner. The service is unbearable to the extend of their phone lines.

Bad and disgusting service
Ladysmith Milady's manager was so very rude to me today. She gave me the most disgusting look when i was shopping, the look of a shoplifter. We ended up having a heated argument. I was so extremely angry that i ended up leaving my shopping. I just laid for the account and just left. It was not the first i had exlerienced this incident, she does have a habit of looking at a black person and just that person is a shoplifter. She needs to fix her attitude soon. But by the look of things i am never setting my foot in there again and planning on closing the account too. The worst disgusting service ever!
