Unruly Pathetic illmannered Debt collector by the name of Lufuno, harrassing my colleagues on the phone line demanding to speak to me which is super unprofessional and we are not allowed personal calls at work...Invading my whatsapp with stupid demands of proof of payment which I refferred him back to his Client!!Lexmed should train their agents because it is so annoying!!
I was debited by Old mutual end of September and was promised to be refunded 9 business days but nothing in my account. I even wish to cancel the exisiting policy
I was double debitted on first debit check of the policy i took out.I didn't authorise to be debited twice. I need my full refund and want to cancel the contract!!!!!!!!!So damn ***********
Ordered a school dictionary online and days later order was canceled and they said refund will be paid back into our account but nothing has been paid and their time framed has lapsed.I need the money back to buy that dictionary for my child else where.
Being charged endless honoring fees for 1 missed single debit order, but why charge honoring fees of R300 for a single transaction???????This is pathetic really! Its about time one move to a better competent bank than this ******* of a bank!!!
App**** for a loan on the 26 December which was approved till today no feedback from standard bank.Even after tons of calls and visiting a branch today with no help, mond you I am also banking with them and have other products with them but the lowest level of customer service*****r of yhe poorest...I am thinking of changing the bank as I have been banking with them for years now and receives my salary through them but its not doing me any justice for my loyalty.
charged R175.70 on my card for an order I never received.No contact made with me.I want my refund, these people and their drivers are ****mers.
My account is blocked because of a transaction of R567 that was send from overseas by a friend. They requested identity documents of the sender of which I did send to them over a week now but my account is still blocked. Cannot access the money in my account and my partner cannot send me my monthly allowance because of this pathetic hold they have on my account. FNB is a just a disappointing bank and employed ********* analyst
