6days no internet.... Pathetic, these guys just don't care. Their agents are clueless and can't provide solutions

Poor service
Connection goes down once or twice a week. Been without connection for 2days. The agents can't help, the technicians are the worst. Just driving around and drinking alcohol. Yes driving and drinking in a Vuma pink bakkie.

I want the rest of my money
Resigned 25th February 2025, end of March 2025 they payed me some of my salary saying they keeping the rest for a laptop I was using for 3 years which they had to inspect and pay the rest after inspection. Laptop is in good working condition. Obviously within 3 years it will have scratches but none on the screen. I'm still waiting on the rest of my money but nothing. They've done this to several other employees. If they wanted to keep the money then I should have kept the laptop. 8K is alot of money but Vox Telecom is like that. They *****ed me.

Sol no service
Poor poor service. Electricity been off for 2days...no explanation. Their technicians remain solving the issue but the power is still off. Call centre is useless

Poor service
Poor quality of service, always reacting slow. Electricity always trips in Vergenoeg area (Stamper to be specific). Light rain or wind always trips the electricity. When you call the municipality they never have answers. Problem solving is at its lowest at Sol Plaatje local municipality.

Steers Kimberley (Long street)
Steers in Kimberley, the one in Long street. Always giving poor service. Whether you order online for collection you still wait for a long time. The staff is always confused with the orders. This Steers is a mess. Yesterday they gave a wacky Wednesday burger that had the patty, with onion and lettuce that looks like it was standing for a whole day. No gherkins, no tomato.
