Im staff at Nercare garden city. The entrance/exit is a mess and assistance is scarce. I requested uber today and asked driver to come through booms as it was raining and I didn't want to wait at gate. I was picked up but on exit he needed to produce a ticket but he said no ticket came out of machine. Woman at Mlmanning the boom said we had to go and pay R35 at hospital main entrance. Driver kept telling her that no ticket came out but she insisted it did. So why was it not on the floor then as the next person's ticket would've pushed uber drivers ticket out. All a money making thing. That's why ppl call the place Garden ****ty ******* place
I saw Gold bar premium whisky advertised on ASAP app at the discounted R143.99 marked down fro R1599.99. At the time of me placing the order I showed there was stock. I placed my order at 7.25am and it was accepted on the app at that same time. At around 9.55am I get a message via the ASAP app saying my order was cancelled. I called PICK' N PAY call centre to get clarity as to why my order was cancelled. I spoke to an agent by the name of SANEZ who confirmed that pick n pay realized the error in the advert and that is why my order was cancelled. My argument is that at the time of me placing my order the their pricing error had not yet been realized by them they only saw and rectified this later I as their valued customer should get the items at the price I saw and at the price they accepted my order at. This is the 2nd time ive had this experience withe PICK 'N PAY ASAP FALSE ADVERTISING.
Delivery was taken from 6 die ou pad florida by driver named Lawrence Wisani . Parcel was to be delivered to 27 Clivia avenue. Driver didn't arrive with parcel but ride was ended as completed
Not original perfumes-money wasted. NEVER AGAIN! This place DEFINITELY sells **** perfumes and for the price they selling them t it's disgraceful. I thought i would try them and "save" a few rands but in fact i just wasted my money. On 13 September 2024 I bought clinique aromatics which I have been using since early 90's, as well as an estee lauder youth dew which ive also neen using for over 20 years and in addition i bought a clinique sunscreen face cream.for R425. I was supposed to get a clinique gift box free but I received an Estee lauder free gift instead but I let that ride. The Aromatics cost me R1625 and youth dew cost me R1550. This is a lot of money to pay for **** goods. At 1st they both smell like the originals but after a few minutes both smell nothing like the originals and after 15 minutes the smell had faded and I was left with a smell that resembled insect spray.. I know exactly what they should smell like I've been using these for years!! I feel insulted and disrespected. PLEASE people don't be disappointed like I am. DO not buy perfumes from this place. I feel I've just thrown my money down the drain. I will rather pay the extra R300 to R500 rand for what I Know.

Spar online specials prices are so out of whack. For instance an items normal price is R111.99 and the specials price is R111.99. Chateau gateaux 2 slice cheese cake is marked "down" to R83.99 to R84.99. So you pay a rand more but it's on special. Hilarious really
I made an online purchase on 26 September 2024 and the goods were delivered on 27 September 2024. Order nr. 26667243. I really don't get joy from shopping online at Pick n pay. The 10 body butters that I selected indicated that they were available and not out of stock. My full my order was as follows: 10 body butters, (which im still waiting to be refunded for), 2 wash powder sheets and 20 hand washes but I only received 18 hand washes. I called call centre regarding refund for the body butters that I did not get. The agent told me that I must call my bank to release the funds. Called my bank and they said nothing reflected on their side and pick n pay still had the funds. I then called Pick n pay the next day wit 2 queries the refund for body butter and a refund for 2 missing hand washes that I was charged for. Agent sent me a letter for me to send to my bank to release the funds and she said that I would be refunded for the 1 hand washes and the funds would be put on my smart shopper card. Ref nr for my calls are: 1003178439 and 1003173687. I'm waiting for feedback as since then I have not received any refund.
Rain has charged me R880 for 2 months for a R595 contract. When I called they explained something that did not make sense and PROMISED that they will charge me the correct amount going forward. Lo and behold this month they charge me R910 with some useless explanation and promise yet again that I will be charged the correct amount going forward. I just want them to refund me
Pick n pay ASAP is slow service and one can't choose which store to shop at.
I made a purchase on Friday 13 September 2024 via ASAP. ASAP is running a free delivery special for the month of September using the promo code SHOPNONSTOP. However when I inserted the promo code on the app it had an error message "promo code invalid, promo code limit reached" so I was forced to pay R35 delivery fee. I called their customer service and was told that I will get a new promo code for free delivery up until 13 October 2024. I did not get any new promo code. I emailed the customer service and received a response that my issue has been resolved and they apologise for any inconvenience and I will get free delivery until 30 September 2024 (as advertised) and They say they cannot refund my R35. I responded telling them what I was promised telephonically. I have been communicating with Phumeza Jacobs and Zikhona (no surname provided). I feel their service is highly pathetic and I feel this is false advertising as I did not get a free delivery. This is NOT my 1st complaint about pick n pay ASAP with regards to false advertising. They NEVER address the issue, they just brush it off with a lousy apology.
