Worst Experience ever lost my parcel on Friday it is now Tuesday they still don't know where it is . Locker code was wrong and now they just don't even answer on Whatsapp and Even if you phone . So it is just gone and they can't take responsibility for the Parcel that got lost. Used Pudo to Pudo from Alberton to Pretoria . Please don't use these guys after market service is up to **** !!! BBBBBEEEEEE is killing this country . We will go nowhere with service like this . Our Company makes use of Courier Guy everyday and now that they are part of Pudo I am also going to change this . Worst service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Service you can get from any company and Definitely better than Rentoza on their Epic Rentals department . Quick service and you can speak to a person when there is anything you need. Very Quick Responses and they always help where they can.
I have cancelled my subscription over 3 months back and no debit orders went off after that and suddenly today R250. Nobody answers you and you don't know where they are from where they are based no information on Website , just an email address . These guys will take your money and they won't give it back !!!! At least I know the head of cyber security of SARS to help me in this regard . But be aware guys no info is bad info
I have been with them Since they started and through Covid , Have 4 x Subscriptions with them. Pay on time and never missed a Payment . Problem is they have no Customer relationships . They are too busy and their system that does the vetting mix up things then you get declined and after you go through million channels to complain you get a refund and then you pay again a second time to get things finalized , then everything goes well. It is just a repeating cycle. In the Beginning I use deal with Tej and Uwais and there was not any problems. I presume as they grew and got bigger the service went out the door. Any case I will be finishing my Subscriptions and pay my Buyouts by end Of December and then move on to Rental Plus or Teljoy .
I had lost my Garmin Watch and Submitted a Claim not even knowing if you can claim to such event . In one days time it was approved and Money in my Account. That is why you have to move all your stuff to Discovery . Thanks Iviwe and Palesa for your Prompt response and help !!
