Stop spamming me
I am sick and tired of being spammed by info@marketing.cashandcarry.co.za. I have many times unsubscribed, but their junk keeps on coming into my mailbox. If you pay someone to manage your marketing apps and messaging, they need to get someone who can do a better job, when I click "unsubscribe" I expect the spam to stop. I will not play cleanup for this mail thrash.

Spam Emails
When I click on 'unsubscribe' on email, I expect NOT to keep on receiving those emails! I also don't want to flag them as 'spam' because they offer a great service. Please guys, some of us care to comply.

Vodacom call centre agents have gone very rogue
Many months ago, I renewed and upgraded my data/voice from 2.4GB/200min to a 1.2GB/400min package. This is what was sold to me, and it suited my needs of more voice time. Then came activation day, all I got was 1.2GB/300min, a handful of calls after that the issue went unresolved. Each time I call, they would not give me a case number, even when I asked for one! Months later, now in Nov, one agent came to my "rescue", and sold me an additional 100min to make up the 400 I have already signed up for, that I never got. Then came today, 1st December and all I get is 1.2GB/200min. I am tired of calling, I have a life to live without explaining and pleading, to be sold a dummy, if not dummies. Has anyone experienced this?

Flawed package upgrade process
I get debited on the 21st of every month. I did an upgrade on the App on the 23rd and come the 17th of the following month, four days before my debit, my service was deactivated. I was told i owe the pro rata amount. However, the prepared debit order included the pro rata amount and the oncoming month's payment. Most intriguing, I had to pay an activation fees! I told the agent that, they must restore my services since they will be debiting me the full amounts on the 21st, if not, I will reverse my payments once they debit my account, I will then make payment of the pro rata only and they can keep my service deactivated. They agreed.
