I am writing to formally address an issue concerning purchases I made at your Durban Gateway Store (Gateway Shopping Centre). Several years ago, I bought three Swatch watches, and I was advised by staff and Swatch policies at that time that I would be entitled to free lifetime battery replacements. Recently, I visited the same branch and was informed that the policy has changed and I would be charged for battery replacements. This change contradicts the original selling point of the watches and constitutes unfair treatment of a loyal customer. I request an urgent review of this matter and asked that you honor the initially communicated policy or provide a credible, written justification for any deviation. Policies should be app**** consistently and transparently, without disadvantaging customers who were misinformed at the point of sale.
I went to do an eSIM twice now at gateway, and their agents keep damaging my SIM cards. I don’t receive the verification codes, after a few hours there is no signal and when I got back to the store I must conduct new sim swaps and restart the process at my own expense. This is really frustrating, their staff has a dont care attitude!!!! Because when I asked what happens if it doesn’t work, their response is must try again!!!!! Their lack the knowledge to actually do a simple ESIM. This is utter nonsense. Rather change to Cell C Once you complain on social media platforms, then only they show care. Now my query is too complex they have handed me to their advance team, ticket opened and now ticket closed, without a call to resolve my issue!!! Don’t trust them, false promises . Save yourself the hassle and headache, try MTN South Africa or Cell C, at least they have people that understand issues and know how to resolve them.

Requested withdrawal in September 2024, to date I have not received this payment. False adverti*****t
This app makes you feel like you are getting money by snapping. But they seem more like a ****. Every month I have been uploading receipts. And when I request to withdraw money, nothing comes. Waste of time.
They are slow and they agents sound like there are half asleep. The press a few buttons on their keyboard then want to transfer you to the support team!!! We are the ones that’s paying for a stupid service that is always going down!!! I’m glad I decided to cancel my service and hopefully they can process a simple cancellation ….
Calling Vodacom customer care is the worse. Their agent don’t even understand their own processes, I called for help because I was charged extra on my contract but I had to explain processes to an agent by the name of Lucia, who sound like she just woke up from a nap, she couldn’t advise me who her manger was and not could I speak to the manager, she placed me on hold for approximately 20 mins, but at the end of the call, I ended with nothing being resolved!!! This is the worse network I have ever worked with. I really hope this Lucia agents calls are QAd, serious training is required!!!! She even refused to log a case for my query and requested me to fix the problem they caused in my own. Where’s the customer excellence????
They promise you the world but when it comes time to deliver when you make a claim, then they come with all of their Ts and Cs. You end up paying for most of the claim yourself. One of the reason I cancelled the insurance with them. And moved to a more trustworthy company.
They are crocks, they didn’t do a diagnostic test on my vehicle when it was brought in, after being involved in an accident. They only did cosmetic repairs and I asked them multiple times to check the engine they didn’t bother. And when I got my vehicle back, the engine components were damaged, and they refused to make the repairs. They stated it was my fault. The owner has no responsibility and accountability.
