At home is my all-time favorite store. I am however very hurt and disappointed with their service. I purchased a TV stand online in December 2025 and it was delivered in December. The guys that delivered it delivered it around 5pm and did not finish assembling it. I reported this, after 2 weeks of following up they decide to refund me and take back the stand. I blame myself on this one but because of the love and faith I have in the store I decided to buy the stand again. They delivered again day before yesterday. They delivered very early this time around; however, they did not even attempt to assemble the stand. They left it in the box and said they are delivering the other goods and will come back. They have not come back yet. I reported this and I am still waiting. I am truly hurt and disappointed
Terrible service. I ordered flowers for delivery today, very early this morning. It is after hours now, and they were not delivered. The status of the order on the website still says, ' order being prepared'. I am so disappointed. I really trusted Netflorist. I feel like I was ****med as there is no communication whatsoever. I do not recommend Netflorist.
If I could give a rating of Zero I would. I am trying to login to my vodacom on line and they are sending the OTP to a number they themselves disconnected. Now I call the customer care line and they are unable to assist they keep transferring me to a different number and the blocked my number stating that there is a high number of calls from my number, they blocked it to prevent *****ulent activities. I will cancel all my vodacom contracts as soon as they expire. Is this how you treat your clients?????????
Worst service ever. Waited the whole day for my parcel. Tracked itr the whole day it was out for delivery. At 8pm they wrote consignee not available but the delivery was supposed to happen between 8 and 5pm. When you try to call their number you hold for 40 minutes then they drop it. Telkom please stop using this courier company they are inconveniencing us
This review specifically refers to Clicks Pharmacy, Vincent Park, East London. I had a prescription I was collecting from them on a monthly basis. I went there in May and asked them to stop the prescription as I would be relocating and therefore not able to collect from their store anymore. The guy that was assisting pressed buttons on the computer and told me it was done. In June I received a notification to collect. I collected and went there again and to them to stop it. The lady who was assisting me also pressed on the computer and even went as far as to say, 'I wonder why was this not done the first time you were here'. She confirmed that it was done. Now in July I got another notification that I must come collect. I have left East London and cannot go collect. They will deduct from my medical aid for pills I did not get. I am not happy at all about this. I tried calling the number on google it does not get through.
Old mutual insure made me pay an excess that is more than 67% of the total cost. What is the point of paying for insurance and it's not like my premiums are low. I am definitely switching from them shame. To think that this is my first claim in more than 3 years. Insurance is a ****.
If I had an option, I would give them 0 stars. They don't even deserve 1 star. Never use their service if you still love your items. I used their storage services in December for my daughter's items. They brought back the fridge scratched and dented. They lost a lot of the items we stored with them. They are still looking for them since February. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES
