Bought a couch from this store and when i had a issue with the installing the leg it does not fit ,notified the store was told to log complaint on the website ,and the way the whole thing was handled is not acceptable.No body from the complaints calls me all they do is sent message a day later .no imediate response .I request that this thing sorted as soon as possible
I received sms stating that i placed an order with Telkom and i have no idea what order is that tried to call their number it keeps on hold for so long.Would really appreciate if Telkom can sort this out as i have not placed any order
Placed an order and was given the run around and eventually gave up because everyday there was a story
Contract was just upgraded even afetr i requested so many times that i have no intentions of upgrading and requested the manager even to cancel and move the contract to prepaid .All they do is just to acknowledge the review and no phone call after them,I will make them famous as well from twitter and all social media platforms .Until my contract is resolved
After a very lengthy discussion explaining how I didn't wish for upgrade they just decided to upgrade .i don't need no upgrade please
Called this establishment to enguire and raise my concerns and before i could even get to my issue the guy was already shouting at me ,I realy ask myself how did FNB choose them to be their service provider .False information even from them
I have contract with wich I suppose to receive airtime and date montly but for the past few months i have not received and the customer service is not helpful as they keep saying it is allocated and i asked for summary that shows how we used the airtime.Until today we have not received and still paying as expected and not getting .I would like this to be escalated so that we can get the services that we are paying for
Contacted the service suite and was transferred to Bongiwe while was still typing my response for further clarity she just disconnected the chat and was asking clarity on how interest charged on the account
We bought a leather watch few years ago and revently the leather is peeling off We went to the store on the 4th of July and drop the watch Last week my husband went back to check on the progress and was told to wait for 2 months Which I find it unreasonable as there has not been any communication whatsoever
Been having a problem with my car from the past 2 weeks and Volkswagen keep coming to boost the battery even after it was sent to the dealership to be told that there is nothing wrong with the battery .Now i am left with no transport and the dealership dont even commit to give me loan car as the car we are using for our daily essential .Really disapointed even after we bought the plan they still can not replace the battery .Very much disapointed in the service of VW Brits .
