I have written an email requesting for an account closure a week ago now it’s already 2 weeks my account is still active….please my account and confirm in writing that my account is closed and update with relevant credit bureaus that the account has been closed
Very poor service and I’m very frustrated,I made a payment online of R200 on 10th of March and it appeared on my statement then again on the 28th of March but it’s not appearing on my statement and they charged me an interest for April which is not right at all worse I’ve been sending multiple emails with no help .Rage please update my statement
I app**** for UIF on the 16th of November 2023,my application was on Sent to assessor ever since 16 Nov 2023 so I went to the labour center a multiple times without getting any help I then decided to submit a complaint only to find out that still it's stuck on Sent to assessor,then on Friday I received an email saying my application is rejected I should reapply to get approved I immediately reapp**** online same day and submitted all the required supporting documents but still my application is not approved ever since 16 November 2023 till today. Please help me get my application approved as I have sent all required documents.
Am trying to register for the first time but when I reach the stage of setting a password it tells me to enter my old password whereas I have not registered for Norraco before

UIF workers are lazy to work they don't want to update my declarations so I can be able to claim my UIF PLEASE UPDATE MY DECLARATIONS
What should I do to get my account to Unfreeze because it's been 2 weeks now still waiting for a call regarding my account still nothing is happening please open my account.

Very poor service,My account was frozen due to suspicious transfer that was tipped off by capitec then at Capitec they contacted me and told the that I should submit the documents that they needed,when I contact FNB they tell me that they're are waiting for a confirmation from Capitec in writing and then I tried by all means to push Capitec in into providing FNB with the confirmation they needed but still my account is frozen they have been telling me that they will contact me even today no call from FNB it's 2 weeks since my account is frozen. FNB Please Unfreeze my account.
