I logged a windscreen on Monday, supp**** the insurer with a quote from the dealer as vehicle is 2023 model.A&G supp**** their quote from supplier that I don’t feel comfortable using that is much less compared to mine. And I asked a 2023 model only a dealer parts needs to be used and they advised they will get back to me. Even today no feedback maybe is because my policy started last month that I am not worthy of their urgency
Amend Fatman is a rude lady and worst person to handle my case imagine I asked to meet with the dealer and VW rep to have a look at the vehicle damages they are saying it occurred but she refused saying “the matter is closed because they agree that I was in an accident” but why I am not giving the chance to look at the matter with the Vw rep
Vw Arcadia gave me the worst experience ever.bought a vehicle with them in 2021 and last year vehicle started with oil leaks and I took the vehicle to them to fix it as vehicle was under warranty. They did it and I was back on the road. January 2023 vehicle started leaking oil again and I took it back to VW wonderboom again then they sorted it but was never assisted with a courtesy car. Now my vehicle went back to VW Arcadia for oil leak problem again, then been told that my vehicle oil leak is coming from a different place because I was involved in an accident. (1 was never in an accident) & if I was I was going to claim it from my insurance .So now they can’t do the repair because it is not covered but vehicle is still under warranty. Called VW South Africa they say they can’t assist as well. I say to them it’s either they sold me a vehicle that was involved in accident as the oil leak is happening for the 3rd time is a space of 6 months. The only option we have is the VW to take their vehicle back . Their service is so unprofessional and I feel desperate for a fact that I am being told that I was in a accident. ( what bull crab is that ) it ether they repair their car or take it back I don’t care anymore . They really know how to take their brand to the to the bin ..
