BMW is not the same anymore...
Reception at service desk is very helpful, but respect for the client's vehicle lacking in the workshop. Things have changed over the last 20 years, Im afraid. They no longer have the same values as they used to. They are a much cheaper low cost company here than overseas.

Terrible food as was expected, unfortunately.
We were on a road trip and decided to take a chance. Ordered eight piece family treat twice in two weeks. Eight pieces equals 2 wings , 2 drumsticks , 2 thighs and 2 breasts. First time we received 7 breast portions and the second time 6 breast portions . It was tasteless and dry.

The water situation is AWFUL! Will not ever return.
Do NOT stay at this plek. My boyfriend and I stayed tried to stay there last week but had to check out after just one night. The room that we had booked leaked water from the roof onto the bed so we had to change rooms. The owner then told us that we needed to shower etc that night because there would be no water the following morning because of loadshedding. We then found that although there was no loadshedding that evening there was NO running water in the room. Just a drip. The following morning after what had turned out to be a very disappointing and stressful nights stay we decided to check out.

A GREAT ICT company for quick wifi solutions without contracts.
One of the best ISP Companies in the ICT industry in my opinion who you can rely on to do what they have to to keep you online. They actually provide pretty good service and always available during the day are some of the best and professional staff members that I have come across. I also like that they do not offer contracts. I was looking for those clauses until I asked about it, and then they said outright that they do not offer any yet their prices are some of the lowest I have seen! In Openweb I trust! LOL. I only want to see live chat through WhatsApp. It is more convenient than email, but its not a big deal imo. I am very happy with my new mobile data SIM!

Takealot is not a user-friendly vendor. Amazon will destroy them.
Takealot's service and website have been consistently decent, however, I have been running into a lot of annoying issues lately. I will buy food and then receive the wrong thing... that would be fine except for that they do not allow returns on food items. How am I to exchange the incorrect item for the right one? I guess that I have to call... their number is not on their website... only their FB page.

The best low calorie candies in the country!
Truly impressed with the quick next day delivery and the best service from Jacqui at the customer service team at Caring Candies. Just look at the pretty lollipops in my partner's office candy container. Perfectly packed and even had a sticker on the box for the courier to keep the chocolates cool. Will definitely buy again!

The best in Cape Town but could improve some...
It is still the best hotel that you can go to for the price (in Cape Town, yes, the BEST), but there are a few things that I would like to see changed. I was able to stay in a suite last weekend. Here are my observations: 1. There are no trash bins in the rooms. I end up having to order something from Checkers just because their bags are bigger than the lineless bins that come with the room. 2. The fridge has very little space and no freezer for frozen goods. 3. The lack of modern South African plugs is very evident. They use one of the older standards, so many ports around the room are unusable.

Not as good as it used to be - decent.
The food was really good, but it was a bit pricey. I went last weekend with my daughters, and I would go back, but I did not expect the portion sizes to be as small as they did. Also, the tactics that they use to get you to go in are a bit much. It was amazing when I visited years ago, but I do not know anymore.
