Pathetic service on flight FA398 on 04/01/2026,flight was delayed and staff weren't properly informed of where passengers needed to board, I was sent an sms to board at c9, then c11 Staff at c11 said no go back to C9, then to C13. Belongings kept in the cargo hold were taken from my bag when I emailed them they said no you must report it on the day at the airport and go to the police station and report it missing 😑 waste of time and energy, useless airline that I won't use again.
The delivery team was in such a hurry and rushed me because it was a Saturday and they needed to leave at 12. They stuffed My belongings into the units and I needed a 3rd unit to which they did have and initially said they didn't have a lock then 1 of the guys said he found a lock for the 3rd unit, on delivery day some of my items were missing, when I enquired they said no they have cameras and investigated there wasn't anything suspicious noted from collection or delivery. So where are my belongings??? They make you feel as if your lying and stole your own items. I will never recommend them to anyone or ever use them again
They assisted me really fast and helped me cover my fur baby in case of any emergencies
Canceled a contract that was created by the sales agent without my permission after being provided with false information vodacom cancels and sends me proof of the cancelation a year later they now hand me over without any communication.
