Delayed withdrawals
You wait for hours for your withdrawals. Their plan is that you cancel and play with your winnings . I with withdrew at past 7 even now im still waiting

Unfair competition rules
Your win a BMW competition rules is a bit unfair . The competition is set up for people with lots of money so your average gamblers with average money we dont stand a chance. The are people who bet a game with R10 000 and even more, so this competition was set for them cause .You already did the vetting the moment you said those betting big amount get the most point. What about me jusy an average gambler with not a fat wallet, do I not deserve to win. You should have used maybe a multipler , a person with the most multiplier wins or you should have used the person with the highest number of bets, then it would have been fair.

Withdrawal time sucks
Their withdrawal service is poor now you can wait for more than an hours before you get your withdrawal. Withdrawal used to be easy now the keep your money so that you can end up using it. I withdrew at 09:02 and now it's 10:53 almost 2 hours still no money in my account. Rather settle for your other betting sites if you want quick withdrawal

Wait long for payout unlike before
Withdrew money today at 6:37am ,still now I haven't received my withdrawal. It used to be quick and easy but now you wait for your money. I don't understand why seems like they want a person to cancel his winning and play with the money but it seems bad now.

Bad withdrawal service
Their withdrawal sucks now, I used to get my money in less than 30minutes , recently I've noticed you can get your money after 12hours. Withdrew cash around around 16:30 on Wednesday and I received it the following day. Saturday I also withdrew something then even after hours I never received anything until I used it. I loved how quick they used to be but not anymore

No funds yet approved
App**** on Saturday,everything was approved yet I still haven't received my money. When I call I'm told I have to wait for 48 hours but before I never experienced that. I would apply within an hour I would have the funds in my account . I am so dissapointed in them cause I needed the fund today and I loved them for convenience but I guess they are not convenient anymore

Haven't received my withdrawal
Still hasn't received my payout even after numerous calls, emails and even sent bank statement. I'm at my wit end with this company . Withdrew 14 Dec today us the 21st

Unhappy
I'm so disappointed, withdrew money Saturday okay was expecting it today maybe afternoon because of the weekends and holiday, till now I haven't received my payout and what frustrates me is that I usually withdraw during the week and the payouts don't take long for example I would withdraw during the week in the morning and by afternoon I would have my money or I would withdraw evening then the following day before noon the money would be in my account. So what's really happening, why this time are you taking long be cause its like any other weekday

Unhappy with service
I'm not happy about your service.My admission was granted. I had to pay so registration can be finalized. My problem is that Iwas made to fill amendment contract were I clearly stated that one module should be removed from the modules(economis1A) selected as I plan to apply for accreditation but I'm surprised I was sent this statement stating four module. It doesn't even specify. I asked for pre registration statement so I can pay for my registration but for only 3 modules but now still no vail. Time is running out and I'm scared by the time they try to fix I would be far behind with my studies
