I bought a black and white roll of SA Filament PLA 1kg and both are absolute *******. The rolls arrived badly tangled, which caused constant print failures. The filament also snaps very easily, leading to more failed prints and even blockages in my 3D printer. I contacted SA Filament directly and instead of taking responsibility for their faulty product, they shifted the blame onto me as the customer. No accountability, no helpful support. Overall, terrible product and terrible service. I genuinely do not recommend this filament to anyone. Save yourself the frustration.
I am extremely frustrated with the Automobile Association of South Africa (AA) and the way my case has been handled by consultant Tshepiso Sethaba. Despite the fact that I do not have an AA membership, the AA continues to debit my ABSA account without my authorization. I previously paid for my father’s membership but stopped and cancelled this arrangement in March 2025. Yet, in August 2025, AA contacted my father, who allegedly told them to proceed with my banking details. AA accepted this instruction without ever obtaining my consent as the account holder. This is ******** and amounts to debit order abuse. When I raised this issue with Tshepiso Sethaba, instead of resolving the matter, I received excuses and justification for AA’s actions. Shockingly, I was even told that another debit order would be processed on 1 October 2025, despite my clear objection. This shows incompetence and disregard for consumer rights. I demand that AA: Remove my banking details from their system immediately, Refund all unauthorized debits, Reimburse the penalty fees caused by their ******** actions. Consumers deserve protection from companies that abuse debit orders and employ consultants who provide excuses instead of solutions.

The membership belongs to my father, Mr. H.H. Haripersad, and in the past I already raised this issue and requested the debit orders be stopped. I even received written confirmation of cancellation in March 2025. Despite this, AA continued to use my banking details for my father’s membership renewal, which he apparently requested — without my consent or authority as the account holder. This practice is *****ulent and unacceptable. No company has the right to process debit orders from a bank account without the account holder’s signed authorization. Because of this, I have incurred unnecessary penalty fees and stress. I am demanding the following: Immediate removal of my banking details from my father’s membership. A full refund of all unauthorized debits. Compensation for bank penalty fees caused by these ******** transactions. If this is not resolved urgently, I will be escalating the matter further. Consumers need to be protected from unauthorized and *****ulent debit orders.

I have been emailing Vodacom regarding the cancellation of my Home Internet contract, which comes to an end on the 20th of September 2025, to ensure they don't debit me after my contract comes to an end, yet to date I have not received a single response from them. It is extremely frustrating that such a large company cannot even acknowledge or assist with a simple request. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic, and as a paying customer, I expected better communication and efficiency. Vodacom, kindly respond and resolve this matter urgently!
I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received from Bettersure Home Insurance. In June, I sent an email requesting the annual geyser inspection as stipulated in my policy agreement — to date, I have still not received any response or assistance. Last week, I sent another email regarding my premiums and, once again, I am still waiting for a response. The lack of communication and service from this company is absolutely unacceptable and pathetic. As a paying client, I expect at least basic customer service and timely responses. If this is how Bettersure handles their clients’ concerns, it is truly worrying.
Disappointing experience with IUA regarding a funeral claim. Despite being the designated beneficiary on my late mother's policy, the company insisted on processing the claim in favor of my father, despite our strained relationship and his history of demanding the money for himself. This goes against my mother's explicit wishes for the funds to be used for her funeral ceremonies. Poor communication and lack of consideration for the beneficiary's role. Would not recommend.
I'm thrilled to update my review after a fantastic experience with Duram Paints! Initially, I had issues with their Roofkote Acrylic Roof Paint and reported it. However, the team at Duram, particularly Jean and Niederer, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They personally inspected my palisades and paint, replaced the primer and paint, and ensured everything was perfect. Since applying the new primer and paint, I've had no issues whatsoever. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive. I'm grateful for their support and look forward to using Duram paint for my roof in November. Highly recommended!
