Absa customer support to their clients.

God day Absa, langenhoven park Fo almost an hour now I'm trying to get help concerning my banking app. Do not refer me to your call center at all. Have any of you at absa ever try to call your call center for help? Now, trying to at least get your call answered at your branches is time consuming and a waste of my money. How do we fix this Absa?

Temu's courier choice

Temu using GFS Express Temu, have you read the reviews on the internet, concerning GFS Express? Is it not important that your customers should be happy with their whole shopping experience? Today I tried to make the vat and duty payment with them. From one name to another in my banking app. This does not look right to me and I cancelled my whole order. I did contact them but all was vague to me. Never with your other couriers have I had such difficulty just making that specific payment. Your customer service at Temu self could not even be of assistance in this matter. All I wanted was a safe secure link to make that specific payment. To my fellow country men and women I would like to advise, to read the reviews on GFS Express, before ordering from Temu. If Temu cares about their customers, they should step up and get the machine well oiled with the right oil. Temu, you are not the only online shopping site. Id rather pay a little more than having so many headaches with you. I would ask my people in South Africa, is the headache worth it? Temu, sort this out. I will write a follow up in the new day and every day after, untill these matter are resolved.

Unhappy with Temu

Temu Im not writing this for Temu but to my fellow South Africans. Like many of you, I myself are currently having a bad experience where I've ordered more than one parcel from "them". First package on 31/08/2025 and some more shortly after that. Today is day 9 and according to what I could find out from the courier company in SA,( who gave me straight answers with friendly and helpful service) thank you, my packages has not even left China. I've tried many ways to communicate with Temu but I'm done trying, no answers on why my packages has not left yet. This has not happened before and I'm worried that something might not be as it should be. I see according to the reviews on Hellopeter,(thank you for this site), the statistics speak for themselves. To protect my fellow countrymen and women's hard earned money, I have to share my experience and also every other person's on this site. Simply read the reviews and add up the statistics. I will do a daily followup( right here) on my situation. We as countrymen and woman should start protecting each other and stand as one. Tomorrow I will give an update and start infoming my fellow South Africans on how we can start looking out for each other, on matters like these, as shown on the statistics. Have a good day.
