PayJustNow is the custodians of Boredbox. Payment schedule is arranged through PayJustNow yet when you ask PayJustNow for help they turn you to the useless Boredbox which does not live up to delivering a service. However still waiting for Boredbox to deliver items.
After sending them email on 08 April 2025 about "payment rejection fee" today the 03 June 2025 still no response from Telkom. I was charged 200Rand for payment rejection yet my account was paid in advance. 5months in a row this happened whilst advance payment was made.
I have been making contact with Assupol since the dark ages, many years ago regarding incorrect particulars. After numerous communication, calls: Subject to ASDIR2200001103928 they fail to correct my details. I have portfolio of evidence stating my application details and to this day after many centuries my details have still not been corrected. My selected beneficiaries of the life policy will fail despairingly if this is not corrected immediatly.
Im a Government official hereto I have send numerous communication to GEPF in December 0f 2024 in addition I have send completed documentation dated 2023/06/02 and requesting numerous calls to them including the WP1002 nomination of beneficiary indicating that I have single status yet my martial status shows differently. If something happens to me my initial beneficiary will be lost.

Telkom have been deducting or adding extra money on my cellphone contract in addition extra charges whilst I have a portfolio of evidence that I puy them prior to my payment date which is on the 15th of every month yet for the last 4 months they charge me for late payments. I can assure as indicated with POE that I do indeed pay my account well in advance every month. After submitting emails, to date I have received zero correspondence from them. I've been a client of Telkom for the last 12 years and yet they are failing a loyal client.
PayJustNow in association with Anadea are not responding to emails neither are they prepared to refund me for a product by the name of "Magnesium Glycinate" of which had a short life-span expiration date on the product. After numerous call to Anadea to have the product collected they have failed my request. However I would want a refund from PayJustNow or either Anadea. The contact person is Yaya 0825883155. Its been a month later already and yet no refund or no response from either affiliations.
Month after month, week after week, day after day I spend hours making making calls to the call centre of dstv yet my service continues being suspended. My account is overpaid and eventho my account is in credit DSTV continues to suspend my service day after day. Recently wrote to the CEO and yet the outcome is as dark as Eskom. DSTV should be banned totally and subscribers don't have the slightest idea that clients are treated with huge disregard. DSTV FUp!!
