This company is the worst they keep calling to say that I owe them money and that my account is in arrears they sent a WhatsApp payment link I have made 2 payments via their WhatsApp link and no days later my account is still in arrears they keep calling and when I provide them with proof of payment they say that they will email the allocated department and then it just goes on repeat with a different agent when I tell them I have called everyday I have emailed them everyday and always provide my proof of payment my account still remains in arrears I'm so tired of going back and fourth with their agents some of them are rude and they say that the previous agent who assisted has not emailed the allocation team . No1 gets back to me they just call to make a payment arrangement for payments they already received I even called my bank and they confirmed that both payments went through successfully to cartrack
I tried signing up as a member for a couple of days the sales staff never called me I tried calling a few times and was directed to a whole different department I called customer service and was told that they can't sign up any new clients as there is a issue on their side I asked so get savvy is just chasing clients away the agent said yes they are
One of their safety features they provide don't work they say you can share your live trip location with loved ones so that they can track your ride but the link keep saying it's invalid... So my concern is y offer a safety feature like that when it's not working!!!
Signing up with cartrack is easy and effortless however getting the actual unit installed is a nightmare you have to wait 2 weeks to have a unit installed coz that's the only time they will have an agent available to install the unit such a waste of my time I would rather go with another company who manages time more efficiently, they they already have an issue of getting an agent to install a unit just imagine how long it will take an agent to check a faulty unit out....
As a Uber driver there is no support from this company!!! Clients manipulate the system having drivers unfairly deactivated because they refuse to pay the Uber fee not thinking of how this will affect the driver and family he has to provide for Uber is all for client satisfaction and not driver / partner they will deactivat you driver account in a flash without any human contact being made or hearing your side of the story the clients and threaten you and report you making false accusations and Uber will side with clients over driver.
This company offers nothing but stress...they said mweb makes moving home easy!!! I'm left without internet connection for days now because of some technical error that they simply fail to resolve they will leave you without internet for days with no communication from their side you will stay on the phone for hours with multiple agents that simply don't know what's happening with your account then you are asked to email them with all the information and proof of payment and someone will eventually contact you.... I'm really frustrated with this company I don't recommend using them i was told I would get a call back in 15mins and it's 5 days already with no callback
I've been with this legal cover for just over a year now the first time I called to get legal assistance I got the worst experience and customer service, The lady on the call was unfriendly not very helpful did not answer any of my questions so for my first time using this service I was very disappointed.
