I bought 2 burgers from Steers in Sandton city for lunch today 09/01/25. Only to arrive back at work to the 1 burger having mould on the bun and the other one smelling off. Such a horrific experience to say the least. I would share pictures if I could on this platform because I did take them
My parcel was “supposedly” released from customs on the 22nd of April as per email from Bongiwe. I made contact 2 weeks later since no contact for delivery was made. No response. I called the customer service this morning and spoke to Radhad who mentioned to me that my parcel was not released from customs therefore can’t assist me. There’s no ways that releasing a parcel from customs can take up to a month further more no clear communication as to where the parcel is exactly. I am irate at this point. There needs to be a petition for this company to stop handling our parcels. I am completely disgusted to say the least about their service

Marcel the manager was helpful from our complaints about food because we were not happy and came up with a solution to our problem . From my understanding the customer is always right but PRUDENCE( acting manager) was arrogant and telling us we have no choice but to pay the bill whereas we were happy and calling security on us on some we don’t want to pay the bill for room service whereas we weren’t presented with the menu and check in didn’t specify when we checked Friday that we need to scan the menu. If it wasn’t for Marcel I’d rate this place -1. I give Marcel his flowers as for Prudence he has no customer service! Very rude and arrogant.
Worst service experience at all, room service was terrible. The manager Prudence is arrogant and not considerate of customers. No menu was provided for us and we’re expected to pay a ridiculous amount for a rib eye that we’re not happy about . Reception never provided a menu and we’re not happy. Prudence called security on us because we’re not happy?? Chile
I’m at Mr Price in greenacres Port Elizabeth, the shopping experience I received was disgusting and disappointing from the lady I asked help from. Pity I couldn’t get her name because she didn’t have a nametag but she’s by the hoodie section. Ababalwe from the till points was helpful and nice.
