Useless service provider. We never ever had any signal, recently had to change. A complete waste of money. Never take a WiFi contract that uses Openserve, the WiFi will never work.
By far the worst WiFi I have ever had. The WiFi barely works due to poor signal, all the time! Calling customer service or leaving complaints is pointless. They don't seem to care about the pathetic services they provide (and we pay for) or their customers. Recently cancelled, one month notice period, and before the end of the month the WiFi stopped working. A complete waste of money. If you are considering using them for any of their services, please don't. Look for alternatives, any other choice will be better!
I have never used Gauteng coaches, however, I just had one of the most terrifying experiences on the road. One of their buses was driving on the M1, speeding and changing lanes without checking, during peak hour traffic. I was on the extreme left lane and before I knew it, this bus almost drove into me. Thankfully, I had the shoulder to go onto. Forget the driver's safety, he is endangering the lives of every passenger and others on the road. It is absolutely pathetic that Gauteng Coaches can employ drivers that are this reckless and negligent. Based on the several reviews I read, I am not the first to experience this. How Gauteng Coaches is still in business is beyond me. If anyone values their safety or the safety of others, I suggest you look for other transportation companies.
Service at Outsurance is pathetic. A quote from them may 'beat your current insurance' but in the end a complete waste of money! I've recently been in an accident. A car sped through a red robot and drove straight into me. I have an independent witness to verify. We immediately notified them, they authorised a tow truck. The next day we submitted a claim. They are offering us the insured amount (in this case the retail) or the car and the salvage amount. This is due to the assessor's report. The report states that the car should not be deregistered but it is not feesible to fix it. The quote we received from Outsurance is below the insured amount of the car. Our policy states that if the repair value exceeds the insured amount the car will be written off. Which in this case it does not. However, Outsurance is refusing to acknowledge our objection to their offer based on our policy. They are trying to bully us into accepting what they say even though it is wrong and not what we are paying for. They may seem like the better insurance company but trust me, the service is putrid. They do not care about their clients, a bunch of ****s who are not willing to listen to what is right. Or attend to the needs and concerns of their clients. We are being ignored and dismissed! Not forgetting... The two front tyres of my car were completely fine and undamaged at the scene of the accident. I have several pictures to prove this. The car now parked at the FirstHelp premises (authorised and approved by Outsurance) has two damaged front tyres. This has been put on the assessors report and is been quoted for repairs. Whatever happened from the time the car was towed from the accident scene till it was parked, is a mystery. Their tow trucks are just as big ******* as they are! Will highly not recommend Outsurance. In the case of an accident, they are unhelpful and untruthful.
Recently visited Milky Lane at Mall of the South. Pathetic service from the staff. They are rude, unhelpful and arrogant. This has happened on more than one occasion and according to Google reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this experience. The owner/manager responds for the sake of it but they clearly don't care. The quality of their products and cleanliness is just as bad but being served by someone who acts like you are bothering them is far worse. To avoid the frustration and an extremely unpleasant experience, avoid Milky Lane at Mall of the South.
Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful employees We recently purchased kitchen equipment from the store including a stove. A while later we needed a cover to protect the stove from mess while cooking. The employees suggested a mat to place on the stove top. They instructed that it can be placed on the plate while cooking given that it's on a low to medium heat. Keep in mind that they were made aware of the type of stove we have. We followed their instructions and the mat caused permanent damage to our stove. The plate has a mark that cannot be removed. We contacted the store and they were of no use. The employees blatantly **** to our faces and denied everything. We tried to escalate the problem to the superiors of Hirsch's. This, too, was of no use. They protected their staff and were unwilling to correct their mistakes or take accountability for their wrongful actions. The employees are useless, unhelpful and ****s. The store does not care about their service. After being loyal customers, I can assure you that I will never support them again.
The most pathetic courier company there is. The drivers are extremely useless and rude! They do not call to let you know about the delivery. When I contacted them, the guy was rude and basically argued with me. The driver was Jerry Bopape, pathetic service!!!
