NEED TO ADVISE TELJOY CUSTOMERS, THAT I WAS ADVISED OF T&C's ONLY WHEN I MADE A CLAIM, THAT THOUGHT YOU RELIGIOUSLY PAY YOUR MONTHLY PREMIUM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED, BECAUSE YOUR INSURED ITEM HAS PASSED THE 5 YEAR PERIOD. SO, I ENQUIRED WHY DID THE COMPANY NOT COMMUNICATE THIS TO ME. THEY THEN ADVISED ME TO READ THE T&C's ON THE WEBSITE, WHICH I CANNOT FIND. I REQUESTED FOR THIS TO BE EMAILED TO ME, I AM STILL WAITING. SO YOU CAN CANCEL THIS ITEM THAT HAS PASSED THE 5 YEAR PERIOD AND REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER ITEM.

Went for breakfast today Sunday, 15 Sept, ,2024, waited, approx 15min, to be seated as it was extremely busy, so after been seated, while waiting, a African gentleman walked by and enquired if we were been attended to, I advised I was, and he left, I them saw this gentleman, go around clearing tables and attending to patrons, after we were served, he came back and enquired if we were ok, at this point, I enquired as to who he was, and he said he the manager, wow leading by example, I told him I was quite impressed at his attitude to life in general, not waiting for things to be done but getting into the act himself. On my way out, I enquired what his name was in and was informed it was Biggie, well done Mr Boggie, you an insperation, to your work colleagues, keep up the good work, Impressed

Teljoy needs to review their service agents or contractors on Hellopeter, to see how they perform. In this way they will get even more business, if they discard the people that are not people or service orientated. A business that takes 4days to access a critical appliance is much too long. Then advises the spare will take another 3days to arrive, is taking it to the extreme.
