Excellent service is the norm for Melon Mobile. The best cell service provider.
Precious gets 5 stars but Pineapple have been an unfortunate move. Issue after issue that have taken 3 months to solve.
For almost two months. I have been getting the run around trying to get the policy document for my two vehicles and my home contents. They have only provided a policy document for the two vehicles and tell me there is some technical issue preventing them producing the policy document for the home contents and because of this my home contents are not insured. This means that for 2 months my home contents have not been insured. I have dealt with Sias, Masego and Diana. I have logged official complaints but I get no joy.
After placing a negative review for poor service regarding a transaction for Exact Match Fragrances which the vendor denied, Payfast investigated found the transaction and my payment and sorted out with Exact Match Fragrances. There is obviously a training issue with staff at Payfast as the first person I spoke to said I had to speak to Exact Match Fragrances who I was getting no joy with.
Placed an order for Exact Match Fragrances via Payfast. Now Exact Fragrances say they have no order or payment and Payfast say it is not their problem
Placed an order and paid via Payfast but nothing delivered. Extremely difficult to communicate with and they seldom respond. I have now accepted that I have been ****med out of R359
Extremely poor service. My parcel has not arrived. It gets put on a courier vehicle a number of times but has not been delivered and just keeps getting left in the South Bay for the next delivery, but now my delivery address is changing. You just get automated responses on the Whatsapp Channel but they do not answer my questions. I get no response to phone calls to the 974 number. They do not respond to emails either.
I bought some Cipla FIZZ C Plus but when I used it I saw that the tablets had a dark brown mottled colour and it did not have the same taste as the previous batch. I submitted an email complaint to Cipla which was acknowledged. A few days later I got an email saying my complaint had been forwarded to the correct person. 10 days later I have had no response.
Very service. CR0002629753 which a shipment from TEMU does not get delivered. I enquired last week and a lady did phone me. She told me they were swamped with parcels from TEMU. She told me my parcel would be delivered on Friday the 12th or Saturday the 13th of April, but nothing delivered. The parcel just appears when I check the tracking to move around the West Bay. I did an online enquiry yesterday and today but got no response. I requested to talk to an agent this morning but no one has contacted me.
They had just what I needed at a good price. Delivery was fast
