I have been waiting for these guys to do a refund on a debit that went through a day after doing an immediate payment of outstanding funds, nobody has reached out to me, they don't even have a contact number to call them, i have opened multiple tickets on they support email.
I had bought two tshirts last year 2024 before june and only one arrived and had advised that the other one was damaged ,they will bring another ome, after months tjis year january 2025 i do a follow up and they provided a voucher mind you the voucher was the exact amount of the second tshirt ,when i had to spend the voucher i had to pay for delivery again for something that was not my fault , they promised the new tshirt i had bought will arrive end of feb to begining off march and it is now June 2025 and nothing has changed they keep postponing Alora clothing the worst ever full year and months no delivery, these guys show no compassion.
My girlfriend had ordered two tshirts for me only one tshirt was delivered the second one they sent an email that it was damaged since June 2024 nobody has gotten back to us ,when trying contact them they sending us ink t track order yet no new order number was provided for replacement nor did they do a refund, whatsapp contact nuber is no longer working and they dont even reply on instagram .i think one would have to go open a case and track down their account number since no comunication has been done, the business shows no compaction for clients.very disappointed yet they have nice clothes , bad service indeed
I am very disappointed with Sleepmasters , i did a layby on a item that was on sale 30% off and paid the deposit and the quote online was accurate to the disscount , but when i received the layby agreement , the price was not the same 30% off that is on the online portal, i have been trying to be in contact they haven't updated me as to what is the correct order number and nobody is willing to assist i have further made a R300 payment towards my layby , but im failing to get help with my order number and updated lay by agreement. In total i have paid R400 towards this, at least they must refund me my money if they are unable to assist as the online shows a different price and the layby agreement shows full price. The last email i received was as follows no compassion to assist or what so on: Good day Thank you for contacting Customer Resolution Centre. Worst place to work in Khinesh Vallabah is running his own spice shop, firing ppl left and right without following the correct procedures just because he knows he is going to bribe the guys a CCMA like he did with mycase, The company has no compassion towards its employees yet they gve you false adverti*****t that the company works as a family it has support structure for all yet peopl are treated differently, some employees are soft treated and others are pressed an made to do all the hard labour for the favorite of Khinesh Vallabah, He must be fired.
I have still have not received my refund for the product they did not have stock on but took full amount for products ordered,I have been reaching out and they say it has been escalated,I have been waiting from mid December for order placed end of November very bad service.
(819837) reference number most recent one I have sent request for over a month, I bought bath room set tap and kitchen tap, the Leroy Merlin did not have the Kitchen tap they did not even suggest another tap and they promised to refund me for the kitchen tap ita has been over 2 weeks no help, my order was made with payflax nobody has reached out to me regarding a refund or another kitchen tap that they have stock off.
Vox made me pay my account at vericred ,and i paid and finished as i was not working at the time i had missed payment ,now they failing to send me the cancellation letter and my account is still active when trying to apply with another service provider i ahve sent emails and called all they say is the issue is being sorted out now i have toi sit with a house wiyth no internet access.this is ridiculous as i finished paying for there account two months ago and i am still waiating for canacelation letter,very poor service
I have been contacting them for the whole month, i made payment but every month end i get an un updated statement with interest ,they transfer calls from one department to another then tell you to send proof of payments but still the account is not updated and when requesting for an updated statement via email, they want to tell you over the phone the amount and say they have sent the email ,telling you to check on your trash emails when they have not sent and updated statement,whole full month i am calling them no help.
