The worst and MOST EXPENSIVE company to deal with, your services especially VoIP and Hosted pbx services is way over priced relating to other providers in the market, R1700+ for 2 extentions over two months. I notified you over email to close my account, you do not want to comply, because you cant close accounts and accept notice with accounts having outstanding balances, yet i want a final bill as requested so i can pay you by EFT, i refuse to do it in any other fashion (bullying clients, resellers & wholesers) I quote email from Clarissa on 4 April 2025 "Kindly note no cancellation will be processed with a outstanding balance on your account." Market research for the same services let me to conclusion that you are atleast 3 x more expensive with services than oter providers to to consumer, where I am a "Wholesale Reseller", your pricing to resellers/wholesalers are more expensive than retail to consumers compared to other providers of the same services and this you call wholesale. I feel sorry for your direct clients who must then seem to pay even more rediculous prices for these services. Close my account as requested and send me the final invoice, credit the invoices which you issued AFTER i gave you notice via email last month already. I stoped using your services, I gave you notice, yet you still invoice me and try to debit my account. Your arrogance is unbeleivable. To other BitCo resellers and "wholsalers" open your eyes, I promise you there are better service at much better rates out there.
Capitec Business Banking just introduced a Min R150 account balance to be implemented on 8 April 2025. What nonsense is this. You just decide you will keep R150 of business money as min account balance? With VERY limited banking functions in the app and account, but you want to keep a min R150 account balance to maintain the account, that is rduculous. You can kiss my business goodbye.
Stay far away from this company, very unprofessional and ***********. Being struggeling now for days to get my account re verified after i made chages to my bank account. Calling Payfast is a waste of time, no response and you can not speak to verifications department as if they are a secret service or FBI department, I will most definitivly no longer use their services. Email after email and support ticket after support ticket. I upload the bank confirmation leter clearly stating my company name and i get this pathetic email: Please note that the bank account document you have provided is not linked to your company registration number - as per our 3rd Party bank verification tool, and we therefore cannot accept it. This is rediculous as the bank confirmation letter clearly state the info is CORRECT and in my business name. I will close my Payfast accounts, all of them, I dont have time for these cat and mouse games, we are doing business. Sorry PayFast you have become the worse company to deal with. On top of this all your transaction processing time is rediculous, i enjoy much better services from Yoco and iKokha as well as better fees. You to Yoco and take a lesson or two. Really pathetic, bad service, terrible communications and really ******** personel.

Your Terms and Conditions is ********, but rest assured I don't care who you think you are, as a consumer I have legal rights which I will very gladly express with several organizations dealing with people like you including ZACR, ISPA, ICASA, and many more, never mind social media exposure. Get your debt collectors to call me after you hand the account over OKAY? Let's see where you get with that nonsense, but I will sue you and report you in the meantime where I deem fit. You can handle those complaints then. What you are doing is *******, and there is NO FREE MONEY for anyone FREE MONEY like ADMIN fees to transfer a coza domain away, what admins fees are involved there, give me a breakdown of these ridiculous admin fees of R115 per co.za domain transfer it away.
Stay very far away from this *********** company and DO NOT partner with them or become their reseller. This company charges clients R172.50 to make and EFT payment to them. You must pay ADMIN EFT fees to this company to make EFT payment to them, when inquiring about this the say its the bank charging them these fees. I have being dealing with this company from last year October as a reseller and I have had endless troubles with them and their billing system/department. They can not advice properly on services and their sign up procedures. After months and months of emails send to them back and forth about issues and related matters we are STILL NOT sorted out. Wehn you call the "account manager" they are always in a meeting or not available. DO NOT engage in any business with this company. You will suffer severe losses and never get fully setup with anything. After months of incorrect billing and wrong amounts they still can not rectify our account. I refuse to pay them because they bill incorrectly and they are highly unprofessional. They change account managers to your account whenever problems arise and you will just get nowhere with them. I dare any other resellers who also have issues with this company to comment please.

They dont contact you if they have stock issues, they just cancel the order/contract without notice or communicating with you. You are left with offer of a sim card only because you no longer qualify for any other contracts. The only mess up the order and then it affects your credit rating. Be very careful before you deal with these *********** people. MTN you better keep your business out of hands from people like Mondo. You can not provide services to Mondo as a partner who clearly can not handle customers or customer care.
