Pathetic service as a first time customer i have to repeatedly call and ask for a manager. Staff keep telling me they will check and call me back which never happens. The ETA i was given for delivery has not been met. Overall disappointing service. As a first time customer i will not be using them again.
Had a manager call and speak to me, she was rude and aggressive. I've checked with my bank and they've never hear of this company- Its a ****! This was confirmed by Debt Busters
Nedbank don't care or offer customer service, their app is terrible and staff are ****s who are *********** at their jobs. Don't bother phoning to complain they don't take you seriously. I had my time waisted on a call with a consultant for 1 hour and 12 minutes where they never listened to me and low balled me on the offer I app**** for. Nedbank is pathetic
I took my vehicle there to see if they would be interested in buying it from me which took me the whole day of messaging and calling to hear the answer because salesmen lie and say managers are in meeting for two hours(never heard of that before) .If you call and ask to speak to a manager then its a straight no as if they scared. The customer service is terrible and i wouldn't ever buy a car from them or recommend them after the service i received today. If you don't want to give a customer an offer on their car that's fine but to waste a persons time is simply pathetic customer service .
This is by far the WORST rental property company , I have ever dealt with , the agent Tami Wright makes customers jump through hoops and call after her constantly while she fails to communicate and give updates or let people know the status for their application for a property. A customer must find out by seeing on property 24, the house they were applying for is no longer available because Tami Wright and Trafalgar properties East London couldn't care less to let protentional customers know . If it was possible to give less than a star rating i would . I will never recommend or be anything other than a bad review and advert for this company and lazy agent named Tami Wright. The Management at this company should hire better staff if they care about customers but unfortunately they don't. If you use this company, you are asking for poor service and dishonest staff members to deal with. They Are Pathetic .
If it's possible to leave a zero review I would. Tried to call the port elizabeth branch on the day of delivery to enquire 4 times but staff don't know how to answer phones. Then they email me to say no one was home but my wife was all day. After the weekend I phone to find out "the driver didn't have time".
If it's possible to leave less than one start I would have done so. The Order was sent out incomplete and when telephonical contacting the branch after having the staff put the phone down in my ear twice finally getting told they will send the outstanding part of the order which took 40minutes because the useless manager would rather watch cameras then resolve the issue. Camera are more important that customer satisfaction. I have emailed KFC South Africa and I will take this further . The manager when I called felt no responsibility and gave no reason and could give no answer but to repeat "sorry" . Sorry did not change this course of events or do anything to resolve it . You're PATHEIC KFC for hiring *********** staff.
