Pathetic service ever—I made online payment to rent a car -upon collection I was told it can never be given to me due to my low credit score-I then requested a refund, it’s 2 months later of no payment received
I made online payment to hire a car —upon my arrival I was told I cannot be given the car due to my low credit score—I then requested refund—2 months later no positive response
African bank has the poorest customer service ever—it’s been 2 months now waiting for a reversal to be done 😢😢 All I need it’s reversal of online transaction nothing much —I followed all the requirements from affidavit to opening a case as recommended—yet no reversal done
Am so disappointed with African bank—I made online payment which automatically went to 3rd party site without my knowledge(3rd party and online service failed to do a refund)so I asked African bank to do a reversal -I was told to wait 30 working days (60 days passed with no reversal done) I made calls,sent emails and went to the branch still reversal is not done—am going from a pillar to post with no positive results of a reversal of payment —the bank even asked me to do affidavit and also open a case —I did all that with no luck
So disappointed with OK Furniture in Moruleng MALL—we bought a fridge months ago —following day we informed them about the dysfunctional water dispenser —we were promised that someone will come resolve the issue to date no one came —we then went to the branch after such an long ignorance and incompetence,upon arrival we got welcomed by some rude and very arrogant guy by the name of Phiri—after mentioning our problem to him -he said is not his job to check and test functionality of the fridge before and during the delivery—I then asked for a manager to avoid altercations as he was raising his voice and becoming aggressive—the manager by the name of Motlhabane came then told us that she will get the delivery guy to make a follow up—(hope this will happen)the manager seemed scared of Phiri after telling her that I don’t like how we were handled at the store by his attitude —she couldn’t give me clear indication of return policy so we can get a refund as no one is willing to help —as I walk out other customers told me that it’s a culture’ at that store where good customer service turned into scares commodity—I was so speechless as I walked out—my mother wanted to buy the stove there too —I told her definitely NOT in ok furniture stores—with such a treatment i rather go elsewhere I hope this get resolved ASAP
Am very disappointed with Alexandra Forbes—after receiving an sms that my funds will be paid instead nothing happened until I called after holding for 37min to be attended to, no one even bothers to reply emails —-the service and the whole system is POOR!!!!!!!!!!very POOR!!!!! I was only told that there’s being a system error that resulted in my payment not being processed -when will I know should I not called and had patient to hold for 37mins?-the level of incompetence and lack of accountability in Alexandra Forbes it’s so pathetic that even the consultants kept referring and referring and escalating the matter to Jupiter with no help from their seniors. All you will hear is we apologise we are investigating the problem—1 consultant said to me payment is only done once day before 11:00 -how insane is this ??????
