Fries are dry, lettuce and patty are stale, the whole food is tasting off.
On the 21st of February I subscribed and made my payment for the installation of fibre. I was told that they would come for installation on the 24th, they came and told me that they could not find a certain fibre and are waiting for technicians which were on their way. They left without telling me and I’m still waiting for those technicians. I have been calling the customer service but with no assistance, there’s not even a feedback or an update! I want my MONEY BACK! This is pure nonsense
This is the second time I’m misled by PNP ASAP, they showed delivery time which was today after paying they are now saying the delivery will only be tomorrow. I used my last cent to buy things for supper and now this? This is really misleading and frustrating
What an unpleasant stay! This is definitely not a boutique hotel. The beds 😭 I had to request for a change of mattress. But still! I couldn’t sleep. The bad odour 😭 we requested that they change the mat because it had a very bad odour and very dirty, it was never changed and I insisted that they remove it. Everything was nonsense! The bathroom! Yoooooh. This is no go place. Do not waste your money on this, this is not a hotel.
I bought items on PnP ASAP app, the driver delivered wrong items and I notified the driver immediately. The driver promised to bring back my items immediately, I called PnP ASAP immediately to inform them and I even wrote an email explaining the incident. I need the items to watch the rugby match, I haven’t heard from PnP since yesterday. I have never been that inconvenienced with no communication at all, the driver instead is not even picking up my calls. What is even worse is that even the store doesn’t give me proper answers
Claim for household contents was submitted on the 3rd of July and the claim was finalised by the 17th of July. The assessor then advised that he has requested funds and should reflect on my account after 2 business working days. Today is the 23rd and I am calling the claims department to find out what should be the delay, the lady assisting me is telling me that funds are not yet cleared on their side and I should wait for 2 more additional days. How pathetic this situation is ‼️ I am so disappointed and disgusted by this insurance
<div>Submitted a death claim on the 18th of July 2023. I was promised that it will take 24 hours for a payout. I then made follow up calls for the entire week without Assupol updating me. Today I am receiving a call from Assupol after calling them numerous times that I need to submit a post-mortem report and I should request it from the investigative officer. The officer told me that the report only comes after 8-9 months and that Assupol was. Supposed to contact him. I am very much disappointed with Assupol. I have about 3 policies with you and I am deciding to cancel all of them.</div>
Still waiting for report on the claim Made last week. Matter has been escalated to the manager as of Tuesday but still no response. Even their call centre, do not understand why I haven’t yet received a response but still says I must expect communication from their managers.
I have made a funeral claim, Saturday at the FNB branch. Received a message from my app that the claim is being assessed. All documents received. I had to call them to find out what is the hold up and they keep on telling me that I should wait for 24 hours which ended long time ago. We need to bury my cousin brother as he died on unnatural death and in our culture should be buried as soon as possible. Now when I’m trying to track on the app the status, it says no claim. Both in the pending and on the completed claims. What is the meaning of that while I am still waiting for the status. “
