Brian Khonziwe, is an awesome guy. Very friendly and very helpful in explaining the process. He called to let me know once my pick up had been delivered to the distribution warehouse
My maternity leave claim was cancelled in May 2023 by DoEL citing reasons that i had gone back to work. My leave started in January 2023, and to date, i am waiting for my UIF payout. I was told in March to call every week to check on the status of my payment; we are now in July and there seems to be no interest from the DoEL to pay me what is due. Im am frustrated by the lack of knowledge by the call centre staff, the blatant refusal by their supervisors to assist where required and the lack of care for the situation. I want the maternity leave benefit due to me.... it is my money after all.
1. The water's conduct was untoward. His focus was more on the big spenders and the ladies lounging at the pool, than the table patrons. 2. The starter sliders were under cooked. 3. The lunch mains (grilled lamb chops) were over cooked and lacked the taste specified on the menu. 4. The mains (line fish meal), was terrible. The fish was over cooked, burnt at the bottom and was hranual in texture. 5. Subsequently, due to the substandard cooking regime or the fish utilized, I suffered from a type of seafood poisoning which required a visit to the ER. After a bout of medication, I am now in a better state, but would not recommend for one to dine at the establishment. The recommendation would be to up their standards sooner rather than later before someone has more fatal consequences.
There is obvious activity with people whistling to each other at the back of my house and I needed ADT to do a drive by. I've been on hold for over 10min and no one is answering the phone. I had to get someone else to call them while I stayed on hold. It's 15min later now and I'm still on hold... Mind you I'm paying for the call that isn't being answered and the ADT "service".
My sim card has not been activated since 7th August 2020. A message was sent to support on the 7th August 2020 after my bank account was debited notifying that the sim was still not active. 2 additional messages being sent, still with no reply.
Amazing service by Lebohang. Very funny and accommodating to my query. Made the call worth while. Thank you immensely
