Good day I would like to log a complaint against Clicks Botshabelo Mall Pharmacy Bad service day by day. Staff not fully informed or trained. Professionalism questionable from management. I have been using clicks Pharmacy for years now especially Botshabelo Mall. Yesterday 2024/03/23 at around 13:31 I visited the store with my medical aid as a main member which I been using at the same store since I was denied to buy medication over counter without my ID. My question was I have been using Clicks across was never asked to present my ID even here in this store I was there 2 weeks back was never requested to present my ID. I didn’t get assistance my time got wasted having to wait for him (Vuyisile) to ask the manager who was standing next to him playing with her not even caring about what is currently happening. Clicks Botshabelo Mall (Pharmacy) has lost its touch when it comes to customer service The only best thing is chit chatting all time Never got medication
I arrived home (Botshabelo Section C1) yesterday around 18h30 and I found the town with no electricity and when I hear it has been off the whole of the afternoon yesterday till now electricity is still off in the area and nearby places
Customer service from the store manager Clicks Sasolburg store 352 Mphonyana 0%. No qualities of a leader. Her attitude towards clients 0% Product pricing always incorrect and she doesn’t know how to address matters. She is too comfortable in her position like she owns it… Dust in the store yet instead of her to humble herself in wrong pricing she showed me who is the manager and she owns the place. That’s what they priced but at the till point price different and once again had an attitude of the world… Not the first time I receive such a bad experience from management of that store for bad pricing Poor leadership
Ordered 200g steak and wings I received not even 100 gram of steak asked nicely to weigh the steak it did not even look like a steak just a piece of stew meat grilled. The “store manager” by the name Patrick as he said refused to allow me the honor of acknowledging what I am paying for. He referred to another “manager” who refused to come out and address me. Sat for more than 30 minutes for solution instead they offered me to order something I did not want to eat which I refused cause all I wanted to eat was Steak and Wings…. Waited and waited to me I felt undermined. Let’s turn the table if it was a white person complaining about the same problem how was it gonna be solved? Were they gonna receive the same treatment that I have received? Were they gonna be ignored just because maybe their Rand weighs more than mine? Is it because I am young black woman that I am treated like an idiot who knows value of the Rand she holds? Equality and fairness not served at all by management of Euro Caffé
Visited Sasolburg Chicken licken through drive through. The Cashier (Nomkitha) 1st no greeting, not even audible busy talking on the back while I am standing waiting to place an order. I placed my order hotwings meal with juice still not paying attention to me busy talking at the back. Standing there waiting to know if she captured my order she is quite not saying anything had to ask if I can pass, not a very pleasant response then I moved to the paying point; still she is not greeting when I greet. Paid and drive to collection I get there my order is wrong and I am told that there were 3 people who were listening O requested fanta orange not juice I request the audio then they say it will ne referred to manager I get in she is not remorseful with attitude not even trying to solve her mistakes as I wait to listen to the audio that says I asked for fanta Orange….. This is the 2nd this happens with the same cashier and still not remorseful to her bad customer service. Standing there as they made me wait and pack my car for what for me to come inside and be given the juice I requested. Why was I taken up and down not even an apology was given….. The service is extremely poor from Nomkitha. Her attitude doesn’t speak to the values of customer service.
The food served at Netcare Vaalpark hospital you’d swear they cooked for dogs not human beings who are paying for the service. To top it all the nurse claiming to be in charge wanted to remove me from my room just to accommodate the patient she felt is way much better than me. She was even willing to discharge me without my Dr’s consent
My debit order date is set to be 25th. In June they didn’t debit. I got a call earlier July consultant was very rude and I explained I didn’t reverse any debit order yet she insisted to say I did then said they can debit my account as there is money then hanged the phone, did they debit no. They kept calling me sending me whatsapp messages I asked for account number and made the transfer. After I made the payment didn’t they debit my account🤷🏿♀️ they did and did a debicheck debit order which they did not send me the mandate to sign. I called and received a very unsatisfactory response and treatment worse been sent from one pillar to another did they refund? No. They I get the debicheck mandates endorsed by me NO I didn’t the response I got “Cartrack can debit your account whenever they want as long they can find money in your account” did I acknowledge that, NO I agreed for a debit order on the 25th. Please help me selove this complaint and can I be provided the debicheck mandates approved by me. The first consultant I spoke to was Boitumelo was not even interested to understand my concerns
