Transferred my pension payout to Sanlam. And still do not have the plan number and no payout.
Am paying for a product i requested years back to retrieve as it did not meet my expectations. No billing sent and no communication from the company

I phoned their store in Megacity Mmabatho as j had their contacts. The help i recwived telelephonically was outstanding. For me it showed i can rely on Cell C as i stay in Ottosdal, which a farm area
Am currently paying my brothers account. When u went to the store ti enquire in how much is left as i wanted to settle it. i was informed that i will not get any discount even though the account had no arrears and payments made were above those that was initially agreed to. This was never explained.
Have requested clarity on why I should pay for a Life and Funeral policy when I have one registered. Dololo
Have been trying to get support service from RAIN because the subscription that I opted for should be R695 but now was billed R848, for what? I don't know. They have not even bothered to answer to the numerous queries I sent to their App Support
