I got a call from chubb saying I owe them +- R1300. I requested a statement of account and found the following additional invoices on my account: Please explain the following invoices / debits: 2016/04/04 R360.78 (there were a invoice on 01/04/2016 as well) 2017/05/08 R330.00 2018/10/01 R708.76 2018/10/11 R208.15 (I know Oct is the extra radio fee month, but why in total R916.91?????) 2019/05/01 R690.00 (normal monthly invoice was there on 2019/05/01) I requsted an explanation on 26 July, to date still no reply. How can chubb just add a R650 bill for no reason???

Good day, I have placed an order nr: SS ********** 04 I have received it, however there should be a voucher emailed to me. I did not get this email. It looks like my email address is wrong, because I cannot log into my account now. Please assist.
According to Chubb I still owe them a months premium, according to my calculation I am paid up to date. I have tried to sort this out with them, the lady just ignore everything I sent to her, and keeps on telling me I owe them money. I really have had it with them.
I have cancelled my life policy on 12 January 2018. Liberty informed that they need a cession Letter from FNB to cancel with immediate effect. I have bee struggling wit h FNB ever since to get this letter, I have the proof of email to show, this was not my fault. Finally, yesterday I received this letter, and sent it through to Liberty. Now Liberty want to cancel my policy with effect 28 Feb 2018. This is not acceptable. I have my new policy in place since 1 Feb 2018. I am not paying for 2 policies for Feb. Liberty must refund me with effect 1 Feb 2018 as per request on 12 Jan 2018.
I am trying from 30 January 2018 to get a cession letter from FNB to move my life insurance from Liberty to Momentum. I have sent the documents through on multiple occasions, FNB just does not give this letter to me. Friday, 9th of February I called FNB to ask for this letter, Again sent everything through to a personal email address: ********** This lady told me 2 days. Tuesday, FNB sent me an email requesting the same documents again. This morning I called again, the lady told met a complaint was lodge on 9th, but it is still not resolved. What happened to 2 days??? At this moment I am paying 2 policies, because Liberty refuse to cancel it. Is FNB going to refund me the policy??? As this is clearly not my fault???
case number ********** 7 Can you please check the status of this case number? I did a simswop friday at a telkom store. they gave me this case nr and said the new sim should be active within a few hours. Still not active.
I went to somerset mall telkom store to do a simswop. The system requested a credit vetting which they said was unusual. But it would only take a few hours then the new sim will be active. After more than 30hours it is still not active.
