30 minutes waiting on a call. The system told me the average wait time is 5 minutes. You know when this is a lost cause if they stop playing the music and it goes to a normal phone ringing
Nope, never see me again - they are serious about their products taking more than 14 working days
Been at the branch for more than 2 hours for a small change. The people say the system is hanging. Some companies are advancing us into the modern world and some are suckling the life out of us all
After all these years, Makro's online delivery remains a mess
Dont order online - its a joke. Its scary to see how low service delivery can drop for a business. Keep it up and you will be out of business in a couple of years
A tree fell on our house on a weekend. I got contractors out to fix the major issues before we got more damage with the rain. I took lots of photographs and asked the contractors to give me detailed invoices. I got a mail from Absa stating that they are paying less than 50% of the costs. I requested supporting documents and now all has gone quiet despite me sending follow-up mails. What is the delay? Do you even have supporting documents?
Not sure about the service yet, but had to wait longer than an hour just to book it in. Last week I booked in my wife's car at Ford, took less than 5 minutes
Bad sales service. Rather buy a BMW, at least they have service and not just interested in getting just another sale
I logged a claim with my insurance. Autoboys Menlyn received the claim on the 1st. They only phoned me now (13th) claiming they could not get hold of me and some #$@$# that they sent me sms's.
It has been 3 weeks and my fibre line is still dropping packets randomly. Afrihost keeps on telling me they logged a ticket, but nothing gets resolved. Stay away
