Planet Fitness is a **** !!! So It happened that I owed my gym premium for February. I was called times without number by planet fitness agents to make the payment immediately. On the 20th Feb I paid through EFT as I received a call to pay again. On the 25th February The debit order of the same ammount went through. I went to enquire at the gym, thus Planet fitness Cashan in Rustenburg. A lady by the name of Nesh checked my profile and said nothing can be done because the debit order was already set to go through on the 25th. So the maybe the extra money that I paid will be used as my premiums for 2 months to come. How will the debit order be manipulated if it couldn’t the 1st time before they debited the same amount I paid. Im about to cancel this membership ASAP
Rustenburg Local Municipality is very ********* !!! It turns out that my November Statement had inaccurate water meter readings, that resulted in my municipal bill going up. When I went to enquire about it at the Municipality, I was told that the person who was taking meter readings wrote estimated readings because my gate was locked. But I reside in an Estate and the meter is outside the yard, outside the boundary wall to be precise. The lady who was helping me said she will escalate the matter to her superior and I should wait for an email for about 4 days, if I do not get an email I must come back. I went back after a week and found a different person at the help desk. She said I must wait maybe they will update my statement. Even today there is no Help. Are we supposed to be ****** daylight like that in South Africa? No one is willing to help at all in that place…they do as they please with our readings and get us into debts just like that
Stay Away from Standard Bank Private Banking. Standard bank is the worst bank ever in South africa. Imagine having a private Banker but it takes forever to get help, while you pay more than R500 for bank services montly. I have app**** for a limit increase on my credit card and I do qualify for that. Few years back I was once a victim of *****, in which my identity was compromised. Now my ID is listed at SAFPS for me not to be a victim of ***** again. Its difficult to get any financial help anywhere, but with standard bank its very bad there is no good communication from the banker, Its difficult for the standard bank department to get hold for me as I work underground in the mine and I also work rotating shifts. When Im on morning shift thats when they try to call me and im unavailable, if I give my banker the time in which the ***** department can call me , they do not honour that. Im really disappointed in all of this… I am about to move to another Bank now, thank you standard bank
Its so Sad to pay medical aid and be treated like a favour is being done to you. There is no sense of agency at all. No one can come to See the Doctor for fun…we are sick but we spend alot of hours sitting and waiting for a Dr as if we are at a Public Hospital. We deserve better
A current account has been open under my full details at Klipfontein, Highland mews Branch in Witbank. This came to my attention around June this year when I purchased a vehicle with Absa asset Finance. I did not know I had a current account at Absa. When the account is in overdraft and arrears Absa starts harassing me to come and pay the amount. Further more it appears that the same person who opened the account at Absa has took out loans from Finchoice. All of this are affecting my credit score. I have tried to speak to Absa ***** department and I was told to send an affidavit and copy of ID. I did that,but they later said that my ***** case was closed because they cant get hold of me. Im working underground and I work strange hours. I need Absa to assist I cant be going through all of this because of the ***** that Is happening at Highland mews. How did the person open an account without my Finger Prints?
I thought buying a brand new car from Nissan was the best thing I could ever do for my self since I needed a Bakkie. Little did I know that buying a Brand new Nissan Np200 was the start of a Nightmare in my life. The car broke down after a month with only 2000KM on the clock, I lost the clutch due to a Master cylinder that was not hooked properly from the Factory. The dealer then promised me that they have fixed the car ,everything is okay…It will not break again. In less than 24 hours the car broke down again with the same problem on a massive traffic. Took it back to the dealer…If you want peace and harmony stay away from Nissan
I decided to purchase a Brand New Bakkie which is a Nissan NP200 from Lionel Motors in Rustenburg. That was the worst decision I ever Made. With only 2000KM on the clock,in less than a month the car broke down with a Clutch. It was towed to the Dealer,Where it was fixed and the dealership said it was just a loose master cylinder and it has been fixed. I have been talking to Nissan Customer Care that I need a new car because they sold me a Faulty car,They have been taking me in circles eventually they said the Dealer Principle confirmed there is nothing wrong with the car. I went to take the car back,the customer care told me that they give me 24hrs before they can Close the case. In less than 24hrs the Bakkie Broke down again with the same problem,the Clutch went off again. What I need is a brand new car with no Faults.
