Today I was disconnected from DSTV I paid my debit order every 20th of the month, on the 25th I upgraded from DSTV Compact to DStv Premium this was after I already paid my subscription for the month that is before month end. Called and this is what I was given. My charges R431.47 from 25th September to 1oth October and then access fee of R1.04 not sure why than R187.74 from 11th to 17th October no call no sms I was told to pay for the upgrade the day on the compact plus why with this upgrade I was not told my DSTV just get disconnected. May its best to submit to the consumer council they can not explain all the reason for the charges. No wander every body connect to Netflix now I see why may be I must also go the same route after more than 30 years., this show you a pretty picture of DSTV.
Well did I miss judge Le Morgan after I've been shopping from them for the past 5 years well I agreed to pay then the amount that they say I own them and in the same voice mail I asked them about the live span guarantee on their pots that I purchased 5 years ago but Collet was not interested after I was told from the sales lady she will send someone to me to collect the pots. So be careful when shopping so that you cannot be ripped off like me. Please inspect your invoice carefully the amount I pay I’m sure the so called free gifts was charged. Take it from me had my share with them.
Every time my account get soft lock and than only when I call in to get my email address changed they tell me about this. This is not the 3rd time this happens. What did they do with the previous ID copy do they not have a filling system in place
I Purchase clothing on Saturday when I got home the trousers was to big for my son I return the goods the same day and asked for a copy of the slip, the lady rather told me that they do not have a photo copy all the shops that I return goods to have gives me a copy of the slip how will I be able to return the other clothing if the child come home for the holiday without a slip. The PEP at Eersterust is very unhelpful the community of Eersterus doe snot complain due to most of them does not have emails or smart phones. I need a copy for my SARS return and if I have to return more of the goods how will they be able to assist me without a till slip.
I collected my replacement hand set at the store at Menlyn Mall after I have requested for it to be delivered at the Menlyn Maine Mall Elvis at the store told me that I have to call to activate the sim card when I call the help desk I was told that no sim card get activated on a Saturday so I waited until Monday, Monday I called I was told why did Elvis not activate my sim in the store well I have no idea, I do not work for Cell C. The guy that helped me that was very unfriendly asked me question, I answered and he gave me address that I had to response yes or no all the address he gave me I never lived in before I'm not from Cap Town, or lived in Boksburg the other place I can not remember and all of a sudden I fail the authentication and no I have to go back to the store to activate or do my sim swap. To Cell C I'm paying every month on time my contact and it not in arears why must I struggle to get my sim card activated unacceptable. I will never take u another contact ever with them and I been dealing with them for more than 3/4 years.
I put in a claim 3 months ago and every time I have to follow up with them imagine If I had to claim for medical aid I will be death the time I get my claim I gave them all the details todate nothing from them
I cancelled my contract with them and when I called I was told by Gugu Hlatshwayo that she can see that the contracts was cancelled on the system in October for November but still they billing me for a cancelled contract
I have forwarded my documents and the police case number the name of the police that needed to be contacted and to date I have heard nothing from the call Centre and every time I send them e-mails I get a new ticket number and they just work on ticket numbers. Please people do not ever take out insurance with this company the insurance is underwritten by Hollard Insurance
Its almost 5 months trying to get my cell phone fixed I have paid the excess and to date I still had to follow up myself, no phone call to advise if my cell phone was fixed my previous complain was just close off with a email "did you received your cell" I tried to reply to the email and got a reply that the email is not a valid email and can not reply to the email. Between Cell C and Hollard Insurance be sure where you insure you goods this is not good. I called today and the call center I was on the phone for almost one hour and no one in charged wanted to speak to me left all in to the hands of the unqualified operator. Never in my life have I experience so bad services. The lady advised that my cell was delivered at the data store asking me the address of the Cell C store, I gave my phone in at the Menlyn Maine Store now no one knows were my cell phone is for a excess that was paid in 29 June and its almost 29 July so the expect me to call aground and find out the whereabouts of my cell get transport and go to that store. REALLY!!!!!!!
My cell phone contract are with Cell C and their insurance are underwritten by Holland Insurance. Never ever take insurance that are underwritten by Holland. This is the second time that I have the worst experience with getting my device fixed I've been at this since March 2018 and to date my phone get return to me with. Cell C Csurance called than the claim form was not there, than in April my ticket ID was not there, yesterday I received my phone back and it still was not fixed with the reply "Csurance Quote Unanswered" if this are not sorted within one week I will have to report this to the FSB and they are right next to my work in Garsfontein.
