Hold account
Every time when i just use my account to make an online purchase from a store like avo shop and pnp asap my account gets put on debit why this account my.life policies is on if it goes on like this i have to change my bank because my policies will duplicate because of this my policies have to deduct money from this account monday i just did and online order buying groceries from pnp asap and received a R10 from my father's bank account and here my account is on hold of this continues i have to cancel my insurance policies and move to a different bank i opened my policies last month they will deduct for the first time monday You put my account in hold for 3 times this month Can you please check my email i did send my query via email aswell

Bad service
Do not use they platform they are terrible they take your money and does not deliver i bought a voucher which i use to pay my phone with i bought the voucher than i have to load it on my payjoy app they took my money and never gave the voucher my phone was put off due to no payment i would not recommend them to anyone

Debit hold
Good afternoon my account has been placed on debit hold i received a R700 this morning from lotto star and then bought a voucher via nedbank avo which i did not receive and now that i want to use my banking to make an online order at pnp my account is at debit hold can i please have an explaination as to why I never use the tymebank account it's only for my life policy and online order from stores and when i win on gambling sites i withdraw my money to the bank account

Banking fees
Discovery bank put my.bank account on hold last year i had 1800 in my.account fast forward to last year december i decided to log in to my app to find the hold has been lifted but i was never informed about it my 1800 is gone and i have a bank fees piled up to more than 2000 they never contacted me regarding the hold being lifted instead they took my 1800 and let the banking fees pile up

Last year a friend of mine send me money to my account i did not withdraw the money i left in my account because that is money that i save up and borrow out to people but then tymebank put my account hold and it's still on hold i am starting a new job next week as i am still on training and i need my account back because my salary has to go into that account

Profile suspended
They suspended my profile because they saw a reference that looked funny to them i called them they took my details and said they will get back to me i told them i do eft top ups from my hollywood bets straight from my banking app but they describe to me what they are are seeing and i told them that hollywood bets their reference has a alot of numbers and letters in but still my account is suspended
