My money was debited in my account without my concern where I had to contact Capitec Bank digital platform in the evening of the alleged incident.i had to call them and begging them to check if I really accepted a debicheck where I felt so confused when the consultant insist that if I need help then I should go to the service provider who debited money,I explained that yes I tried calling them using the number that I took on the reference but they were no where to be found,I regretted why I even called Capitec on the date in question as I even felt like it is useless to have a bank that can't even protect or assist their clients.
I lost money due to Bonolo Thebe,s negligence,I was at the till point betting where I won but when i go to the cashier to collect my money I was told that I lost and the management intervention made me realised that playbet is a no go area.
As I was worried about early debit,Siyanda made me realise that lend plus is there through thick and thin,their service is exceptional.
I was humiliated when I went to pick n pay centre walk in Pretoria where I I was going to load a gift voucher that I received as an avbob customer rewards,I was given a run around infront of clients as if I had to beg the lady called ausnart where she had to tell me that her money will be shot on her till point as if pick n pay never a gift voucher.the service was very poor and I wouldn't recommend one of my family or friends to buy in that store.
I app**** for a credit on the 29th of October 2025 at Lewis Pretorius where I was granted a credit,so on the Friday I went to pay deposit to get what I was granted,so later on my credit was cancelled,as I was waiting for my money then I had to spend the whole day being told that someone need to authorise from head office where else I paid cash.their system and the service is very poor,so I wouldn't like any other person experience the same poor service as I did.
Today on the 22/09/2025@ around 19h10 at shoprite centre forum,as i was doing shopping while calling my wife to choose a product that i was suppose to buy inside my basket,the staff member shouted at me from a distance telling me that i should leave their shop because there is no cashiers or sales person to help but one of the security lady came to calm me down telling me that the guy was unprofessional and there are cashiers on the floor where i can go and pay,i felt so embarrassed by his behaviour and i don't think that he deserve to serve or be kept in that store.
Is been quite a while trying to play 5 minutes a to lukki pretoria,the ladies who are betting for clients have attitudes as if you have to beg for betting,sometimes they leave their tills unattended,that place should closed with immediate effect,the problem that's why I'm writing this review is because even management doesn't care about clients.
On the sixth of June I went to Capitec branch in Nelspruit to reverse the funeral policy amount that was deducted in my account as the policy was cancelled,so now until today my money is still hanging and when I go to other branches the tell me that they are waiting for the response from insurance company and now is been almost a month,in this case it means even if the client can claim during death ,I don't think the process will be faster and I won't wish to recommend it for friends and family.
I had an insurance with hollard that i joined at Edgar's store,so my spouse passed on 22 July 2020 where I claimed and yes they paid me but when I claimed for memorial benefits I'm given runaround until now and yes they can see my claim number.so I tried several times to call and send emails but they give different numbers to call,so I'm tired and I don't wish anyone to experience what I'm have experience through this company.
I was standing at boxer matsulu c for almost 2 hours being helped by Nomcebo,as I approached her till point the teller gave me a very bad attitude where she told me that her till point is not helping transactions customers.so I called the supervisor where she was advised to serve me.so to cut story short,the teller delayed the process where she even switched off her till point just to delay the process
