I got paid for my gap cover difference in a day, i have no reason to complain, and Netcare plus policy is really helpful, I slipped and fell in the shower and I went to the hospital immediately, they covered Everything from consultation to Xray and when i went to pharmacy i was not asked to pay as everything was covered by Netcare plus policy
Today, I had to cancel my card after they tried to charge me $29, even though I only made a once-off payment for a single report last week. How can they charge me again as if it’s a subscription
One star is even too much to give these ****mers! I recently moved into a new estate and was told I needed to pay R999 because the fiber line was under Clear Access. I paid without hesitation, and the internet worked for only one month. On 1 September, it stopped completely. I reported the fault immediately. Webafrica told me they had logged the issue with Clear Access. From Monday to Wednesday, nothing happened. I had to follow up myself, and every time I was told the same thing “reset the router, reconfigure the router” but nothing worked. Instead of resolving the issue, Webafrica started making excuses. Because I have two accounts under my name (one for my home and one for my sister’s), they claimed I had “mixed up the routers” and was using my sister’s device. This is impossible. I have never taken my router to my sister’s house. The router I use is the same one Webafrica originally provided me when I set up fiber at my old address. Their explanation simply makes no sense. Now, after a week with no internet, I asked to cancel. Webafrica’s response? They want me to serve a one-month notice period (while I have no service at all) and then pay another R999 cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. I paid, I waited, I was blamed for a problem that isn’t mine, and now I’m expected to pay more for nothing. Webafrica has proven to be the worst ISP I’ve ever dealt with.
Update: After posting a negative review , I was contacted by Cohen, who sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and took quick action to resolve the issue. He was helpful, professional, and genuinely remorseful about the experience I had. I appreciate the way he handled everything and ensured the matter was sorted out efficiently. So i hereby withdraw my negative review
I attempted to join a medical aid through this company but decided to cancel within 3 days, as I was informed I had a 7-day window to do so. I promptly notified Phindiswa and submitted all the necessary documentation to confirm my cancellation. However, to this day, they continue to debit my account for broker fees. I have no active agreement with them, and I don’t understand why they are still charging me. This is unacceptable and feels like unauthorized access to my funds.
I bought a dishwasher today in the morning and to my suprise i got my delivery same day, i’m more than impressed and happy
So far, they are the best when it comes to their services. You can send money from anywhere to a South African bank account, and the recipient receives it within 30 minutes or even less, it doesn’t matter its in the night or over the weekend, I’ve been using them, and their fees are lower than others, I couldn’t ask for more.
Ok i did rate them one star before but i think i could have done better, all the time i called them they answered and unlike other reviews my calls and emails were responded to, i received my order in perfect condition and peace, i think one just need patience in dealing with them but otherwise they are very helpful
I bought a portable hisense air conditioner and i paid on 16th December, per their website they stated that they will have stock in Gauteng on 23 rd December, i waited, long story short its 29 th December and they have no idea when their so called supplier will deliver the portables to them, the way i see it this will take 2 months before i get my order, i should have used another company honestly and this is the last time they will ever see my money
