The insurance is a very bad company, I have been waiting for windscreen replacement to be authorized since 25 August 2025 and management and Agents send me post to pillar and management can not take accountability and are lying everyday when i call them and are very useless

Company failing to submit provident fund contribution to Old Mutual or Is it because is Black Employee, and bad services from LEWIS Group Payroll Department
Provident fund was submitted in February 2025 and Old Mutual has failed to process the claim and no feed back.
<div>On the 31 of May 2025, I opened a new Account at Protea Glen Branch and was issued an Account No: 9398561565 (Islamic Account) by branch consultant and on the 01 of June 2025, an amount of R10 000 was transferred from Standard Bank and the amount is not reflecting and i suspect that the bank is practicing or is involved in ****ming people through their Branch consultant.</div>
<div>My R10 000 was de*****ed by your Standard Bank, on sundae i transferred an amount of R10 000 to Absa and not yet transferred</div>
<div>I transferred money from Standard Bank account to ABSA Bank on the 1 of June 2025 and money is lost along the way and money was not even transferred to ABSA and was charged Immediate payment fees.</div>
<div>Money transferred from Capitec bank to STD Bank however no money in the bank.</div>
Looking for FNB CEO contact details for poor service from their call Centre which is abusing me with their calls everyday since January while they failed to resolve the complaint.
BAD SERVICE, Is it possible that i can escalate the problem to bank CEO as all the staff has failed dismissals with my matter and had been reporting abuse from FNB call Centre since January 2025 and its not stopping.
