I am a ***** of Nestle wholenut chocolate but tried Beacon Malva Pudding. What a big dissapointment . The inside not Malva but off white powder not at all like the picture on the package. Man 23.7.2025 BB 23.5.2026. Will never cheat on my Nestle wholenut again. Please ppl stay away from Beacon Malva pudding a waist of hard earn money
On 25th December 2025 made a purchase of R900 and requesting a GIFT SLIP for return to get original prize. Went to Sportscene TYGERVALLEY to be treated like a *****. Both my items was purchase full prize. They refuse to give me full prize with gift received showing the day of my purchase. After 25th Dec 2025 the item went on sale . I even asked them to check my account online witch they can to see that i have bought the items full prize. This means i have to go back to then today to sort out the mess. They owe me more then R200 . PLEASE CONFIRM THE REASON FOR A GIFT SLIP
KFC is the worst. They don't care about their customer supporting then.Hi I am so tired . You support KFC then when you get home what is in your order is not what suppose to be . KFC Belhar by Belhar station buy 6 piece when I got home it was 5 pieces. KFC Westridge Mitchell's Plain buy the 8 piece family meal. Suppose to get 4 wings they put a piece of chicken in white packet with out telling me they don't have wings. In the 1 burger their was a small piece of bone that can damage your body. Why do people not realize that we supporting them and that their quality and service are so bad. A few months back I decided I am done with KFC and wanted to try again but worst decision I have made. I will not support KFC again

When companies have to pay you back it's always a big problem. They quick to say if you don't pay the VAT your paid for goods will be returned. They can email you call you multiple times, but as soon as they need to make a REFUND then it takes months or never. Spoken to so many people but just not getting my money back. I will never buy online again and make sure I inform Tume and Shein multiple times about Buffalo bad services.
Paid double Customs Vat on the 27th March 2024 and 5 April 2024. Called them in March regarding double customs Vat .the agent gave me a reference number and provided me with a refund document to completed and email. Completed documents a few times with my bank statements but not getting any responds. Struggling to contact them with no answer. When I told a agent I am recording the call he disconnected the call. Using all platforms of communication but no assistance . How can I go about getting my money back
I shared a complaint last week regarding Clientele taking money from my brothers account without his knowledge. He went to Capitec bank to complain and ask them to stop and reverse his money. Apparently Capitec can't help their clients to Stop or Reverse. Another company did the same SS-Rainbow their number is incorrect and we told the Capitec Representative but they did nothing. My brother is getting R350 . Clientele took R320 and reversed his money today. This SS-Rainbow deducted again R196 today.and we asked Capitec to STOP THE DEBIT. PLEASE TELL ME WHY MUST WE ***** FROM PEOPLE THAT IS NOT WORKING. WHY IS CLIENTS NOT TREATED THE SAME. IF MY BROTHER WAS EARNING MILLIONS CAPITEC WOULD ASSIST AND STOP THE DEBIT THAT WAS NOT EVEN APPROVED. CAPITEC IS THE WORST BANK EVER. THEY DONT HELP OR CARE ABOUT THE LOWER CLASS PEOPLE.
A funeral plan deducted from my brother's bank account without his knowledge . He is unemployed get the government grand R350. Clientele deducted R320 for a funeral cover today. He never spoke to any clientele representatives. Debicheck was unsuccessful on his Capitec Bank Account. Called their client service a guy with the name Porch informed me that a representative George Morebudi did the application. Porch can't say where the application was processed. On the 11 March 2024. My brother was whole day at home. Asked Porch for a reference number her told me it will come via sms on my brother's cell phone with cancelation. Nothing received as yet sins this morning . Please any advise where I can go and report this *****ulent transaction that was performed on my brother's name and deducted from his bank account
Good day PEP Mitchell's Plain Promenade. My sister Maylen had a lay bye that she could not afford to take out deposit paid R60. Slip state you can cancel with your identity card and till slip. She went to go cancel and apparently she can't get her money because her signature differ. She was Gomas and married Ontong and still struggle with getting signature the same. Theg refuse to give R60 cash back. Called customer service they provide me with am email address that is not working. She is a regular customer of PEP and never had this problem. They have to apdate their till slip if they make any additional changes. Please she just want her money back.
Hi After a problem with change I was advised to change payment method to card. 31 Dec 2023 I made a R70 payment via my bank account. That same evening 2 additional payments was deducted from my bank account. R139 and R49. Complaint the same night and then UBER reverse the R49 and made R139 R134 and is not reversing that big amount R134. I did not make use of a ride R134 why must I be held responsible for their system .
