First delivery time was 19:20. It's now 20:23 and my order is still being postponed due to the drivers being able to pick and choose what orders they get to deliver. Do not recommend their services

Buffalo International logistics - the worst. The warehouse is about 7kms from where I stay but we always have problems with them delivering my parcel. They always have excuses as to why the don't deliver. Parcels gets lost, ends up in different locations or the drivers just update the status to Tel no answer without a call. Do not recommend ever using them.
Someone *****ulently deducted money from my card/account without sending me any authentication/accept it messages. We are unable to report it ANYWHERE on the website, which is ridiculous. Please don't add any amazon products to your card, not even amazon prime.
Bought a tool set as a gift. The box was opened and resealed. Quality of the tools are decent but there were 2 pliers are missing. Which means someone else took opened the box, took it out and resealed the box. Now, I'm unable to return it as it was bought more than 7 days ago. What a cheat
This time my parcel ended up in a place not even close to where I live. Then, when it came back to the warehouse, it was lost and they had to look for it. Their services are pathetic. I've been struggling with them for 2 weeks AFTER my package was received in Cape Town. 14 DAYS. It's sickening to say the least. I was lucky to find someone who actually works at buffalo because the rest of the people there don't seem to do their jobs. Also, there's no direct number on the Internet for cape town branch. They are just lying and hiding behind emails.
The last 4 times I ordered Shein, I had problems with Buffalo not living up to their promises of delivering. It's either they say they're delivering and don't. Or they don't know where the parcel is. Their services are pathetic and they're the reason why a lot of us don't order as much as we'd like to. I've been struggling with them since last week.
My parcel was in dispatch for 3 days. On the first day it was dispatched and returned in 5 minutes. I called out R70 of airtime just to find out that they didn't know where my parcel is. Buffalo is the worst company to do business with as this is not my first or second bad experience with them.
