I am unable to get hold of them to confirm if i am still owing them,they won't be send a paid up letter if ever I'm done paying them. They are very bad with communication because the number they gave me to reach does not go through.
They have been doing a back and forth with debits that aren't even supposed to go off from my account. 05/02/2024 they reversed some funds to my account then debited again.
According to MBD i am done paying cellc and waiting for them to handover a letter to cellc In a form of a pay over file to clear me, but now SSDA just debited again from me and they shouldn't. I am really starting to think they are a ****. Their data is not updated and they fail to follow the proper procedure when it comes to solving my case.
They still won't update my profile, they know I'm left with one month to pay my cellc account but they dragging this issue. Including creditinqueries that are assisting cellc.
They do not have a sense of emergency and do not take note of clients frustrations, I had been handed over for cellc account to them and they have never been consistent when it comes to our agreement to debit R300 from my account, now whenever I request a full statement like I did now show all transactions they do not respond to any of my emails, they never even changed the amount I was handed over with even when I was paying. Been communicating with cellc and they have been calling to provide feedback but there's no way forward for us because SSDA is not providing us with the information we need.
I have been paying my contract that was handed over to both MBD and SSD but they not showing me any statement nor showing changes to the amounts I had paid, now they still showing me the same amount but I've been trying to push the account ,I even sent proof but nobody is assisting me. Please assist I'm desperate and need help.
