@Shoprite_SA what a poor service from your Khayelitsha Mall branch from the manager to the staff who have no means on trying to help…only 1 teller was actually nice and was willing to assist…. This is a PATHETIC SERVICE!

Best service ever! I made a reservation there for a full body massage for me and my grandmother to celebrate her birthday we ran late but they made an exception and gave us an experience of a lifetime….my granny is super happy! I would recommend Da Nela Beauty Spa to everyone.
Since the 28th of May we had no power, I laid a new complaint on the 19th of June and was advised to wait for 72hours. Still today No service none whatsoever we had received from Eskom. What a pathetic service, they really don’t care about their clients. WE ARE WITHOUT ELECTRICITY!!! REF:814603880
Today marks exactly a month since the postponement of the event which was supposed to happen in Cape Town..STILL no refunds STILL NO Communication..This is pathetic I would never ever consider going in future I am going to tell people to never bother going or purchasing tickets

This has to be the worst event possible, on the 6th we were suppose to attend an even in the Glen County Club in Clifton it was postponed due to weather conditions. Then we were advised that we will receive feedback by Friday the 19th of April but still to date no refunds have been processed as well as no communication none whatsoever has been made what’s worse the contact number is not going through and emails are not answered. I demand my refund.
