This is the worst insurance ever I put the claim for my outside ceiling few days ago that was damaged by the weather and they reject the claim.. and yes they are always looking for the reason to reject the claim and I've been trying to cancel them since I am not happy with their services but they refused for me to do so they are the worst insurances company I don't want to work with them anymore
I registered a claim in November already they did the evaluation in my house for the claim.. But never got any response I call them in December the 5th after all the fail to get back to me for the feedback and their response is that they are still waiting for the report from the company that they have appointed and they will push them to give them the report so that they can process the claim.. I call them again still they haven't done anything or even if they have to get back to me... The consultant Name is LINDIWE NKAMBULE... I went to open the insurance under outsurance after I have made the communication with them that I should go to store and open the policy and after that I should call them... The shop failed to assist me and they came up with the story of their system is down and you can see with their attitude that the don't want to assist me... I felt undermined and they are in the comfort zone forgetting that they are not doing me a favour here they are doing their job am not happy about their service... 😡😡😡😡😡
I have a policy at assupol army foundation which is I put a claim on Tuesday 16th April 2024 for my father and the funeral is tomorrow on the 20th April 2024 I havent received the money so that I could help in terms of the funeral preparations I am very very angry with their services my policy number is MFFIP090389 (MPID 8443448)
I made a claim with my car last and the insurance didn't approve everything that was supposed to be in the quotation in an accident and now I received the car with the job that was not that and on top of it I experienced some funny noise 3 days later after I have received my car and 5 days later the car wasn't starting till today and the insurance didn't include anything on it even though when i took the car in it was perfectly fine I am not happy at all about the service and on top of it I have to pay another accces fees for the return job.. I have the cellphone insurance paying through edgars when I pay the account...the next thing I am trying to put the claim they are telling they never received payment from edgars but I am paying the account every month apparently they were blocked now i have to pay R510 which I don't have and I must still pay the access fees which is unfair for me because I am paying the account the next thing my cellphone insurance don't received any payment from them..reference number for edgars:EDCO91300675699 and my claim number :SC028672

Me and my wife launched a claim 3 weeks back the claim was approved and promised us the car will be repaired within 7 days ..as my wife called the panel beater to find out about the progress they told her that they never received the car is still on their storage..so she tried to contact the consultant her name is zanele masemola and she never responded I am so disappointed with your service...it is very poor...we need a car for our transportation and we are stuck because of your negligence and delays Regards Mr and Mrs Fumbeza
