I have logged a claim on the 5 of December 2025 and today on 7 of January 2026, i haven't received any feedback, when i called I'm been told that is the delay because of the festive season and later on the story change to the contractor's delay my advice to you don't insure your home with SA Home loan
So , after fighting, my overdue geyser was delivered . Upon installation day, we noticed that it had physical damage and lots of big dents . I then decided to visit the store physically, which was what I had been avoiding by buying online . The store told me to bring the damaged item, and they replaced it with a different brand because they didn't have stock for what I was looking for . The lesson is that LEROY ONLINE Shop is terrible; don't ever buy from it. Rather, go to the store, where you will get better service. Leroy must just stop selling online because it is not for them ; they don't have the e-commerce skills . So, basically, out of this experience, I didn't get what I was looking for . It was a traumatic, frustrating experience. I lost my delivery money that I paid online, and lastly, I lost another R1000, which I had to pay for transport to collect the new last-resort geyser.
Never buy online from LEROY website, your order will delay for weeks, the support staff are as useless like their system.they say your we dont have stock for what your ordered but the system allowed me.to order and even accepts my payment and provide me with date for delivery then No delivery useless online shop
**** service, takes forever to juts replace a windscreen, they even interview you to end up feeling like you been investigating or some sort

Don't ever go for King Price vehicle warranty it's a waist of money they will never pay for your claim They have agent working for them, they're rude and their job is to look for ways to decline your claim I had a gearbox noise the problem was the fly wheel and when they send me the documents it said they do cover for automatic gear box internal failures After I submitted my claim they requested service history for the current year which I gave them from VW they came back after calling them for days without coming back to me they told me they need last year service and i gave them from VW after I call I again the referred me to a link on the body of the email which they have power to change as the please, now it was saying they don't cover clutch not saying if automatic or not which is tricky They are just ****ming people I really regret taking this policy now I had to pay 30k from my pocket while paying for warranty
