Pineapple doesn’t deserve 1 star, I was promised that do less than 300km my premiums will be lesser. For the month of July, August and September my kms was less than 300 but my premiums was still charged at full price and now because they installed the mileage tracker you can’t even cancel the insurance because I’m liable to pay for it. What nonsense
I have been a month now with pineapple And have been told if i do below a 300kms I won’t be charged my full premium I was sent a message what’s going to be debited because I drove less roughly R310.41 however I see the full debit of R500+ was taken off my account. Tried getting hold of them , they say please give us a moment to look into the matter not stipulating an exact turnaround time, the moment was 12 hours ago from now. So if there has to be a claim or emergency do we still wait
My wifes contracts has failed to be collected via debit for the month of Jan 2024, in full, even though of sufficient funds in the account which caused the lines to get suspended on the 5/2/2024 The balance amount was immediately paid at clearwater mall branch on the 5/2/2024 around 6:50pm and the staff assured me that the lines will be activated and that I should give it some time. Till now the lines remain suspended and this is quite frustrating, can something be done as soon as possible. Paying for a service that is giving us no joy now
this is the worst third party insurance out there, their client a takalot driver bumped into by skipping a red light, they tell me i needed to look before turning which is obvious , " cant drive with my eyes closed "!!!. they clearly take their clients wrongful side and ask for dashcam footage and witnesses. can this really happen, the wrong proves to be right? no man. its pointless sending all the quotes, you be sent from takealot, to another company than to this company where they keep you waiting just to give you feedback that they not liable.
On my credit profile with clearscore, there is an account that still shows I'm owing and behind on payments however that account has been settled along time back and i have the paid up letter to prove. this is so frustrating that they are not removing this from their portal
this was my first time calling scorpion from signing up with them a year ago. looks to me like very poor service, I waited on the line for 30mins to speak to a legal representative just to be said that they will call me back and that was more than an hour ago, around 11:00am. still no call. so we pay for a service with no help and outcome, great!!!
Never ending battle with a company so that needs to help clients. I had an account with finchoice, i admit i was a slow payer as i had financial problems however on the 20/08/2020 i paid up my account in full and received my paid up letter but the default on my transunion still reflects on my name, as it was supposed to be removed once account has been settled in full. kindly assist in removing the default from my name as i need to build up my credit once more and having that default does not allow me to gain credit in order for me to build credit.
I spoke to PROMISE at transunion and she advised that finchoice sent through a wrong account to be cleared off, so they email Wilson Rhys at finchoice and still awaiting feedback. I called finchoice now and spoke to tarryn at the legal or debt review department, by the way she spoke to me, its either shes not fit to be speaking to people or she just unhappy with her job! she was quite rude and did not help, says that theres no wilson there and her supervisors dont know if theres a wilson there, how will she know who her supervisors know?? agents like tarryn needs an attitude change cause she not working for free.. finchoice is just messing my life up
i called transunion last week and there was still no outcome for clearing finchoice off my name, when i called transunion on monday this week, it looks like my query has been extended. this is such poor and disgusting service. is it so hard to see that the account has been paid up over a month ago. finchoice has sent transunion the paid up letter on the 23/09/2020 from legal@finchoice.com to defauto@transunion.co.za and still nothing has been done. This is such incompetent behaviour. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY!!!!
i had a finchoice account which was paid up on the 20/08/2020 and letter recieved, i spoke to fatima at finchoice legal who advised that they have sent the paid up letter to transunion to update , this was on the 23/09/2020, this finchoice account is still not off my name and i need this to be sorted out asap as im apply for a homeloan and they picking i still on finchoice....please i need assistance for this to be removed of my ITC.
