Placed and paid for 2 pairs of ASICS on 22 February 2025 at 16:11. Received a missed call on 23 February 2025 at 10:57, and also received a WhatsApp on 23 February 2025 at 10:37, informing me that the one pair had already been sold in the store. I was asked if I would like to rather purchase a blue pair. I rep**** at 11:03, that the blue would not work as this did not match my club colours. I then phoned at 11:06, and spoke to a gentleman who said that he would send the one pair, and would refund the one, that was sold in the store. On 24 February 2025, I sent a WhatsApp at 12:42 requesting feedback on my refund, as I had managed to source a pair from another retailer. I received a voice note at 15:59 informing me that refunds take 7 to 14 working days. I queried this as the money was deducted immediately from my account via PayGate, and according to PayGate, the money is transferred immediately into the retailer’s account. On the Arhlete’s Foot website, the refund policy states that “some” refunds may take 7 to 10 days. Not ALL refunds. And nowhere does it say 7 to 14 WORKING days. Lastly, why is this shoe being advertised for sale on the website, if the shoe is sold out and no longer in stock? I have handed over all correspondence and info to my attorneys. Placed 2 orders at The Athlete’s Foot. Only 50% satisfied. Looking at all the negative reviews, I doubt I’ll be using this company again.
Coricraft Mall of Africa, man I wish I could give zero stars. Personnel very unhelpfull and ***********. Bought a coffee table on Monday. Was told no table was in stock, and one would be delivered from the Warehouse on Thursday. Came back Friday to collect, and nobody could tell me where the coffee table was because it was never delivered. Three hours drive back to our house and they are now telling us the guy can only leave the warehouse at 13:00 to deliver it to the store. The guy helping us says he cannot get hold of the owner as she is not answering her phone. That is not my problem. I paid for my table, provide me my service. And please, just close the store down because the service means nothing.
Ordered items on 8 Jan 2024. Was told to wait 9 business days for my parcel. Today, 6 March 2024, two months later, I am still waiting. And then I receive a rating mail, on 8 Feb 2024, where I have to rate their service. What service? Do not use this company. You don’t receive your items, even less, you won’t get your money back.
Ridiculous service. Do not use this company. They do not update you on your order. You send requests for information but nothing happens. Nobody gets back to you. Terrible service.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Last time I am importing anything. If it has to go through Aramex, I’ll pass. Been waiting since beginning of August 2023 for a package, had to make multiple payments for so-called import taxes. These people have no idea what they are doing. Neither does Peach Payments. They must be in cahoots. Who pays more on import taxes than what the package actually costs? Somebody clearly trying to get rich overnight.
What a load of *******. Why advertise as a Cape Town company that delivers in 3 to 5 days, but actually has to import stock from China? False advertising. Pathetic service. Zero customer satisfaction.
