Game and Wumdrop are the absolute worse. Game contracts with Wumdrop for delivering items bought for Black and Cyber Monday. Both point fingers at each other and no one is held accountable so much time is spent on the phone finding out if your items are even safe. Most disappointing. Items ordered 28th Nov and poor communication between these 2 parties with no delivery still today the 3rd Dec. Don't buy online from Game and Wumdrop as your purchase is not safe and you are left feeling ****med. Very unprofessional Game Stores Massmart and Wumdrop.
Game Store and Wumdrop excuses for late delivery - Wumdrop falsely claims Game Stores warehouse is closed and Game accuses Wumdrop their bakkie is too small for the load. Please be warned. Game and Wumdrop are the absolute worse. Totally unprofessional. Rather use other stores for reliability and peace of mind.

Temu is terrible, they lure you in with promises of free shipping and delivery. Then when your order is ready they add vat and transport charges. Why not add this to intial payment and cut the bull****??!!?? **TAKEALOT ALL THE WAY** Please do not buy from Temu, they are ****sters with free spins and double wins and free delivery. In shock and disgust really. Cancelled Device Insurance 20Feb2024, confirmed cancellation of device insurance 26Feb2024. I was billed insurance in full both Feb 24 and March 24. When I called to enquire why 25th March 24, Vodacom says they experienced a glitch in the system where my request and confirmation! "remained pending on th system"!!! I am busy now cancelling thh contract but no one on 082 135 (customer care) /082 1952 (device insurance) /082 1958 (cancellation) or 082 36 (accts/billing) any of these depts can tell me how the device insurance which was requested to be AUTO CREDITED ONLY on 25th March 24 is going to be refunded upon cancellation of this contract. Please can someone at Vodacom give me feedback?
Hi, I am quite concerned as my gps has not been working since installation of the car track tracking unit. Senior technician was out now but says my golf 7 R requires a system update, like a phone does. Has anyone else had this issue of losing gps reception upon installation of tracker device? I rely on my GPS heavily so this is quite an inconvenience. Pls help ...tnx
