No power for days, no update or even action from Cosmo
The worst building project there ever was on planet earth, if you are thinking of buying a house at sky city, Milano, or even renting at the Bronx rather not it would be the worst investment you could ever make, imagine a place where there is forever no electricity 80% of the time yet you paying bond, rates and taxes or and now they have added electricity tariffs yet you are on prepaid, there was not even a notice for the tariffs or an announcement we were only told on the second of July that ohh sorry it was effective from the 1st of July, then on the third of July there was fire on our substation which is situated in a township very far from Sky city (Not even sure why is that) we have been without power since then there has not even been an update till now, apparently the municipality has not even been to the substation since the day of the power and the community is going in and out as they please taking whatever they want so you really want to buy a bond house here?? don't even you will greatly regret it, i wouldn't even recommend it to anyone I know I hate it here so much

Most horrible service
I have had the most horrible experience with alexander Forbes, i have been trying to excess my AF connect for a week now, i called them 5 times already and they keep saying they will follow up with the AF connect team and get back to me but still not assisted, I am so disappointed on this service as we trust that our money is safe and easily accessible when we need it 0730215463

disgusting customer service
I am very disappointed with Panda Store in Alberton, on Friday the 31 Jan I got there at 17:55 and the security closed the door as I was approaching, I asked him why his closing before time when he sees me coming his said the store is closed, I said but you cannot do that it is not 6pm I came here knowing that the store closes at 6pm, I was carrying my 1 years old at the time and he forcefully pushed me while i was holding a baby, i said you are hurting us what are you doing, i then said please call your manager he called the manager and before the lady got to me she lift up her hand chasing me saying go away the store is closed. This is very disappointing service from such a trusted franchise i felt so violated by both the security and the manager, very disgusting, for confirmation you can call me on 0730215463

Horrible service
Very disappointing service I received at Roots Sky City, I bought double pack mince and when were eating the mince it had gizzards dirt in it, i threw it away and cooked the second pack thinking it will be different but it was still the same, I then went to the store to report it and the lady that spoke to me said I am the second person complaining about this and she will get the owner/manager to call me the next day but till today no one has called me, this is very disappointing service considering that roots is a trusted franchise, such customer service is a disgrace, I have reported to Cassilda at their head office hoping my complaint will be attended to

Very bad service every month
The worst service provider I have ever dealt with, very pathetic service, they debit on time every month and every month just after they have debited they disconnect my connection and I have to log a call wait for a week for them to come fix the error, I am very dissipated that cosmo actually chose this service provider to be assisting us with fiber this is not fair at all I would like for the manager to call me again like we do it every month on 0730245463
